Absolutely awful company. My son ordered a saber from them with Christmas money. They said it was going to be a delay, they didn't have the saber he wanted. They said it would be shipped in three to four weeks. It's been ten weeks now, with no word from them again. My son wanted his money back so he could put it toward a new cell phone. They said they'd cancel the order for a 20% fee. FOR WHAT!? YOU DON'T HAVE THE SABER. I get that they're made to order, so canceling a product being made would cost them money. THERE IS NO PRODUCT, That's why we want our money back. Do yourself a favor, this company has bad reviews EVERYWHERE but their own site. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered some sabers back in December. Not everything came in my package. Called customer service and left a message. No response. I emailed their customer service and shipping teams multiple times about my missing items over the course of multiple months. No response. It isnt as if their customer service is bad. It is NONEXISTANT. I’m pretty upset because I love their products, but not getting the profucts you pay for and getting zero responses from the Ultrasabers team pushed me to write this. Hopefully someone from their team sees this, takes it seriously, and I get a response. Has anyone else had this problem?

I ordered a $243 light saber on December 4, 2020 and it STILL hasnt come, no matter how many times you email them they don’t reply or when they do they say something like “we are trying are best”. Dont even start with calling them, i called at least 10 times throughout 5 days and you get sent to voicemail everytime. Dont buy from here there are many better options.

Worst company ever!!!! Just wanted to exchange for a smaller size and they refused. Said I needed to spend more money on a smaller blade after already spending over $200!!! What kind of company does that?!? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM ULTRASABRES! Placed an order for $280. No communication for weeks. Finally learned that order would take two months to receive. Not acceptable so requested a refund. No flexibility on 20% restocking fee. A restocking fee for something that had not been built yet. Ultrasabres made $56 for doing nothing. Total scam.

My experience was terrible. For one, the sabers are very over priced. Secondly, if you cancel or return a saber, they take a 20% fee and you only get store credit back. The quality of the saber was alright, but its a thing where your probably gonna pick it up and then never use it again. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. I am only 12 and I cant believe I made this big of a purchase for something that isn’t the best quality and you cant really get your money back. The lesson that I was taught is that you should always check reviews first and you should be more responsible with your money.

None of my enquiries were answered in the way I would have liked and the order is all wrong. On top of this, these guys seem to be happy to deliver as late as possible or at the last minute. (NEVER BUY AGAIN)

This company is complete BS I purchased a saber and first it was a month late in arriving. When it arrived it was broken i contacted customer service and they took a month to decide to have it sent in then they said I had to pay Shipping cost. When I asked to return they said 20% and only store credit. I would never recommend this company if I could I would give 0 stars.
