Ordered a Dominix LE V5 with premium sound. My order arrived in 3 weeks and everything works great. I've read other reviews that their orders took several months with zero customer service response. Thankfully that wasn't the case for me. I even placed a 2nd order for an Azure Fallen and a mystery box saber with sound, today I received a detailed email that a part for my Azure Fallen wasn't in stock at the moment, but that the part would arrive in a few days and to keep an eye on my email for tracking info in about 2 weeks. If the saber ships when they say, that'll be about 4 weeks from the time I placed my order, honestly not that bad considering most saber shops have a 12 week minimum lead time at the moment, also was grateful to their customer service for reaching out with an update.

Ordered an initiate v4 with a blazing red blade, and was really excited because it would be the first lightsaber I'd ever own. Got to reading some of the reviews on here and started panicking over whether it would arrive and how long I had to wait and all that. I ordered it on the 17th of september and it arrived on the 26th, I couldn't be more happy with the quality of the product and the timely manor in which it was delivered to me. I'll definitely be buying from ultrasabers again!

Ordered a €75 mystery box it came after 2 months. It was an aeon V3 av switch guardian blue. Nice.

Awesome customer service! Awesome product! I am currently deployed, but my packages arrived much earlier than expected, and 100% accurate to my order. I was hesitant to order from this company do to the many recent negative reviews, however, I am more than pleased with my order and the service provided. 10/10 would recommend. I hope everyone receives the service and timely responses and shipping that I received.

There was a problem with the courier's but that was not the company fault. All resolved and kids love the Sabers, currently running round the house with mock battles 😁 well made and pretty robust, lasted more than 30 min and going strong with 2 teenagers so can't complain.. Many features built in and loud clear sound effects so very impressed, thanks for a great product..

See a lot of people calling it a scam and saying they want their money back which is fair. It's a lot of money. But with the corona virus they've been backed up and they're trying very hard to reply to emails because their system failed and all the emails got deleted. Not saying it's okay for them to do this but they are trying to fix the situation. Haven't gotten my saber yet and it's been 4 weeks exact but I have seen the sabers my friends have and they are pretty good quality. You may just have to be much more patient than the average Joe.
