Pretty sure some of the negative reviews are fake, ultrasabers kept me informed about lateness due to covid 19 and probably stupid brexit, the saber itself is brilliant, great weight, bright colours as I got the colour discs, I can't put it down.

I ordered 3 sabers, 2 initiates and a dark sentinel V5 2 weeks ago. After ordering I read the reviews and to be honest was slightly worried about the company I had placed an order with... I didn’t need to be, as the Sabers I ordered (which had 3-4 weeks build time advertised) were dispatched in 6 days and it took 6 days for FedEx to deliver. 3 lovely sabers turned up today, excellently wrapped and all in perfect working order. I cannot wait to share the initiates with the younglings so we can duel.

great site. I ordered a dark initiate v2 from ultrasabers, and I received the product 2 weeks later. The saber looks amazing and realistic and it holdss up amazing for dueing. I later bought a apprentice v4 which came in about 3-4 weeks and it is amazing quality also. My friends bought two more sabers, a phantom v2 and a initiate v2. The phantom was shipped promptly and will be here in 3 days. The initiate was out of stock just after I ordered and in about 3 weeks they told me that it was indeed out of stock, kind of poor inventory manegment but then they offered my a aeon v2, which costs 10 dollars more to be shipped in 2-3 days and it will be arriving shortly.

I recently ordered from Ultrasabers. It was my first order with them and I purchased 2 Dark Apprentice V 4 Lightsabers with a coupler to become a double bladed lightsaber. The amount I spent qualified me for a deal they had going to get a "Free Initiate" lightsaber as well. So technically I got 3 for $362, which averages out to $120 a piece. I find this reasonable, I also got strongest blades possible to spar with or hopefully stand up to wear and tear. I didn't upgrade to sound installed versions since it was my 1st purchase. So far they have given me no trouble, I've gotten hours of use out of them, and swung them around in a pretty rough/fast paced manner. Even dropped them a few times without ill effect. So I don't understand the level of hate people seem to show for the company overall. I received an e-mail from them saying my hilt would be delayed, but it wound up shipping out earlier than they warned me it might. Total I waited only 5 weeks from placing my order to it arriving at my door, so that's pretty close to the 3-4 weeks originally stated AND they did tell me about the delay. I even reached them on the phone once. I do understand the disappointment with their customer service, but I think the sheer volume of e-mails and calls they receive create part of this problem. I'm very pleased with my purchase thus far and plan to order again in the future for sure. The majority of these negative reviews are from dissatisfied customers during COVID. It's common sense people, this pandemic has disrupted supply chains and businesses globally. But I guess it always feels good to take out your anger on someone? Like they went to you, forced you to order, and "stole" your money! Typical modern thinking of "I didn't get what I wanted fast enough so I'll trash you online and try to sue you!" Tragic that adults behave in such a way, acting so petty and lacking reasonable amounts of patience. I'd bet they have many more satisfied customers (like me) than rabid hatemongers or they wouldn't stay in business. Expressing concerns reasonably is far different that venting angrily people...

Quick email response and very satisfied with response. I am new to ultrasabers but have had nothing but the best experience with this company. I will definatly be back for more GREAT sabers!!!

I ordered two sabers, and got one initiate free with the promotion they had going on. It was delayed from 3-4 weeks to 5 due to COVID, so I would say they were missing that information on their website. Probably good to email asking about stock before ordering. The lightsabers were amazing when they arrived though, and great for the price. I just added a few O-rings so the battery packs would be more stable. Awesome sabers, nice light. Don't know what's up with all the ultrasabers hate.

Got my sabers really quick, it sure why all these reviews are so bad. I’ve had zero issue, they responded with possible delays and then they still got my order on time. Would def buy again

I bought a saber (Archon V3.1) from ultra sabers and my first experience was fantastic. I got my saber in under a week and I don’t even live close to where they make the sabers. Ultra sabers made my saber in one day and fed ex delivered it after a couple days. I am very happy with my purchase, it came with everything that it should of came with. I really hope that this review made your decision, I’ve seen very negative reviews which I didn’t experience at all. Thank you for your time.
