Most garbage you can buy for your money! I have had 4 ultrasabers and I can honestly say for the price the build quality and the effects you get for the price is disgusting. AliExpress sells brighter, cheaper, better made lightsabers with smooth swing. Trust me and go ANYWHERE else.

I've ordered about five or six lightsabers from these guys and every time I order one the customer service gets less and less. One of the six lightsabers I've never received still to this day from 2 years ago and they still will not send me a new one and give me the runaround. I'm warning people now do not order sabers from these people. They Build junk and rip you off! I Recommend saberforge... Probably the most quality lightsabers ever built!

Absolute joke of a company, have been waiting for a lightsaber from them since the end of April. Customer services just keep going in circles on how they have to wait for the shipping company before they can do anything but are perfectly fine keeping my money in the time being. Even after showing proof from the shipping company telling me it arrived empty and was discarded they still do nothing. They have not tried pushing the claim to get a response from the shipping company at all I've had to do everything. By far the worst company I've had to deal with. Do not buy scamming people out of money.

This company is not even worthy of one star they absolutely suck. Me and my mate got sabers from these guys at the same time, his took a week, mine took 3 months. When his arrive I emailed them countless times trying to figure out what happened with mine and they never replied to any emails. When mine finally arrive it was broken straight out of the box and it had a defect with it where I couldn't get the battery casing out fare enough to take the batteries in and out. So when I pulled on it really hard it eventually broke the really short wire that was stopping it from coming out. I really had no choice but to do this because I couldn't get the batteries out to charge them and they don't reply to emails so you can get help. I then gave it to my mate who is an electrician to fix it and all he said was "get your money back, this is the shittest wiring job I have ever seen". They have load the light safer hilt with glue that it is impossible for anyone to fix it. So ever since then I have been trying to get refund. Oh and I didn't buy a cheap saber, mine cost over $600 so I expect it to be pretty good. DONT BUY FROM ULTRA SABERS!

Ordered a lightsaber, waited months before I opted for a refund and took my business elsewhere. They might make good, cheap sabers, but they might take forever to complete

Ordered on Jan 6th 2021. Was told it was a 4-6 week wait which I was okay with. Received an email in March saying there was a 4-6 week delay because of delays due to the pandemic. Moronically I doubled down and added a sound bar to my order (they were very helpful walking me through this process) because my nephews had sound which I liked when I saw it. May 4th (May the 4th be with you) I received an email saying it will be another 5-7 week delay because of issues caused by the pandemic. Meanwhile the hilt is still listed as available on their website so they are still accepting money for something which they admittedly have no idea when they can ship it.

I ordered a light saber from this website called ultrasabers.com for $230 and it was said to arrive in 3-6 days. On the sixth day I was waiting and it still didn’t arrive...I was a little annoyed so I waited a little bit longer, and after a little while I sent an email to them asking what was happening and if it even left the factory at all. It turns out they changed the date and said that it was supposed to arrive a week from when I sent the e-mail to them. It arrived in 6 days instead of 7 but it’s not like that’s a problem, and when I looked at it, it looked amazing...polished well, the blade glows perfectly, I enjoyed it for 2 - 3 days. After that, I noticed that the blade was turning into a hot pink, and then slowly shifted to red. I was confused because I got my light saber in purple and I didn’t know why the colors were changing so I looked it up and it turns out that it meant that it had a low battery so I switched batteries and it was purple again but after 2-3 hours or a day and a half, It would turn pink again, I looked inside the light saber to see what was wrong and it turns out all that was in the light saber that I got was nothing but just an LED panel and a battery pack, when I looked and saw this I had just realized that I had just spent $230 on a piece of metal, LED lights and 3 batteries with a ripped open cord with wiring glue. I looked at other reviews online and it turns out that they had the same problem as well. My conclusion? Ultra sabers is nothing but a Chinese sweat shop in Texas, if I had the abilitie to, I would sue them for lying to me and giving false advertising on the stand that came with it. another fact is that I got the cheapest option possible which was $230 when companies like saber forge would sell light sabers for $75.

Can we rate them minus 100 horrible excuse every time. Using the pandemic as an excuse. Don’t buy it making crap up time to report them
