Ultra SabersReviews of ultrasabers.com

Terrible craftsmanship, no chassis, order #1 took a month to arrive, order #2 was cancelled, but arrived 6 months after cancellation. They won't read your customer support tickets. They also tend to delete 1 star reviews.

Don’t waste your money. I order a Renegade LE in June for my sons birthday. It said lead time was 3-4 weeks which gave me a week to spare. When it came close to his birthday, I emailed to find out what was going on. I was told that they were having problems getting the hilts and if I changed my order I would get it faster. My son, who is autistic, wanted the renegade. He asked for the Disney black series but I wanted to do something special for him. I was told that the hilts would be in in the beginning of august, then the end of august. August turned into September and finally I received the light saber October 10. Four months after I placed the order. The blades came stuffed with cellophane which we thought was for protection. No instructions were sent with the light saber. We discarded the cellophane along with the box. When we charged the batteries and tried the lightsaber, we could not see the color in the blades very well. You can not call them because they will not answer. You have to email. That is when I was told that the cellophane stuffed inside was to project the light. I could buy more cellophane for $5 a blade. Really? This was a $600 light saber. Also the flash on clash does not work. They said that I could send it back at my expense and if they found a problem with it, they would reimburse me $12 for shipping. No thanks. I wasted enough money with this rip off company. Do yourself a favor. Just buy the black series, way less $$$ and works better. I will never do business with this company again.

They all sleep with eachother in the warehouse is probably why they don’t get anything done. Owner brags about how much he is more superior than the rest and yes we got paid $8 and we couldn’t have a phone close to us or we would get fired. He tried to make a pass and when I said something he said not to threaten him or his business when he has unlimited resources. He needs to be in jail!

The lightsaber itself is good. But I also paid for a saber stand, a covertec clip, a blade plug, and an Allen wrench, none of which came in the box. The only things that came in were the saber itself and the charger. When asked about the missing items, they didn't even respond. All this, including the fact the box came with the top ripped off, forces me to give ultrasabers a 1 star rating.

I had a group order of 1300$ for some sabers. Website said 2 to 3 weeks to ship, when it really took exactly 6 months. I emailed once a week to check on my order, just to get no response. Had to threaten to call Attorney General of Texas in order to get a response. They responded immediately to that email, so it just proved they blatantly ignored all my other emails. The quality of the sabers were sub par, and we were supposed to get a really good deal that included 4 free "frankensabers" made from various pieces of different sabers. Each extra saber we got for free looked identical to their most basic sabers they offer, and most of them looked like they had design flaws or scratches in them. They barely work, and overall, I had a horrible experience with this company. Best advice is to throughly read reviews from multiple sources, and deeply take into consideration why they have so many bad reviews compared to good ones.

Don’t listen to the good reviews this company is terrible. They will respond to your emails, but they will never resolve any issues. Order an in stock item that is still in stock on their website and a year later I still can’t get a ship date. They tell me now I can’t get a refund because I waited to try and receive my item I ordered and now it’s been to long. After having to threaten them I finally got a refund. Order from any other company you will be glad you did

Absolute garbage. I ordered the graflex and it came to me in pieces. No damage to the box, no damage to the bubble wrap, but the saber itself was in ruins. The cap on the blade fell off, the screws were loose and the screw holes stripped out, the battery pack was jammed so tightly into the hilt it was impossible to remove, and the buttons and dials simply fell off. I’ve tried numerous times to get into contact with them and they refuse to respond in any way. I spent $300+ And they delivered a box of broken garbage. I’ll never buy from them again. Saberforge however is my new go to. Longer wait time but the quality of the sabers and level of customer service is amazing!

Don’t ever order from these people l. With a F BBB rating I can see where I went wrong. Got the wrong hilt and was told I needed to pay 20% or $132 as a “restocking fee”. Customer service was rude and a joke. Google more review then mine. On the Better Business Bureau website they have a 1.22 review rating and one worker called it a Chinese sweatshop in the heart of Texas. Go else where this company is trash. Learn from my mistake fully check reviews not just a few good ones with the #ultrasabers.
