Seven weeks ago I ordered a saber for my sons birthday. They took my money immediately, and his birthday came and went, and I received no Saber. I've sent three emails, and they don't pick up the phone and have not responded to my emails. Horrible, terrible, disgusting scam. These people are what is wrong with the world.

Maybe the product is good, couldn't tell you as I never receive mine. Merchant non-responsive to calls and emails, but continues to send out emails advertising new products. Read the reviews, you're lucky if you eventually get a saber, much less the one you ordered. If you paid by CC you would be well served to go straight to chargeback

Im gonna be blunt here but i was gonna write a review and realised it was gonna be the same as everyone else's so there was no point. I have also asked to cancel my order and gotten no reply

Ordered a saber and it took two months to receive it. Once received it would not activate. I've wrote two e-mails and left two messages, and a month and a half has gone by with no return calls or e-mails. This company is a scam and I'm going to have to go through legal measures to get my money back for a horrible product.

I ordered 3 sabers in early January; when they did not arrive by the end of February I sent an email. I got no reply until early April (and no one ever answered the phone or returned calls). The email said that one of my items was out of stock, so I would have to either downgrade (without compensation!) or wait several more weeks. I asked for a refund, which was ignored. Now I'm just waiting and hoping something eventually arrives, at best 4 months after I paid for it. Will never shop there again.

Don't buy from this scam-company, all they want is your money without giving anything in return, ridiculous waiting time, if you cancel your order you lose 20% and even then you have to wait months for your refund.. SCAM COMPANY

Garbage pure garbage I ordered my saber on janurary 24 and I've been waiting 4 months! I got two emails from people who work there saying It will be shipped in 1-2 days I'm still waiting and nothing! Please dont order anything from this company it's a pure scam
