Placed my order during May the 4th sale. I knew the lead time would be long but it has now been 7 weeks and I only got one email response that my order is not completed and they would get back to me on a shipping time.....that was 3 weeks ago. I’ve disputed the charge on my card and have also emailed AGAIN about this. Don’t buy. They had good reviews in the past so I’m not sure what is going on. Completely disappointed.

Ordered 4 sabers and was also supposed to get one Initiate free for spending over $300. Only 2 have arrived and they will not respond to emails or even to the dispute I have raised with AMEX. My son loved the first order We place earlier this year so much that we placed this 2nd order for 5 more Sabers for my other son and some close friends/. It’s a real shame that they can’t run a better business as the product was great.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered my saber back in early April, and based on other internet responses, I knew it would take a while. That was completely fine with me, however, it is now June 19th, and it hasn’t even been confirmed that my order was “processed”. I tried cancelling back in May, got no response, and then received an email that their customer service response team had lost all emails. I still wanted my saber, and figured I didn’t get a confirmation it was cancelled (nor did I see any of the funds returned to my account), so I just assumed I should remain patient. Tried emailing again AND calling two weeks ago after I received an email that they apparently didn’t know where my saber was, but if I had gotten it, then I should hit a particular confirmation button. No response still, and my account still says the order is being “processed”. Terrible customer service, terrible organization, and terrible wait time.

Horrible Ordered a Saber May 5th, they said 3-4 weeks to ship. after 4 weeks I sent emails may 27th , June 6, June 12th never got a response from them. Also called number on website multiple times always went to voice mail and mailbox was full. The saber was ordered for my sons birthday that has now long passed. Not a reliable company if a real company at all. Don't recommend them at all. Find another company

I purchased 2 lightsabers on the basis of getting third free - it was an offer they were advertising. At the point of purchase they didn't mention the month delay in shipping. In fact they only posted them out to us after many emails asking what was going on. And of course when the package arrived, the third lightsaber was missing. What followed were many emails from us, most of which were either unanswered or poorly answered. They offered a discount on a future purchase, which was of course unacceptable. I took the matter up with paypal, but due to coronavirus it was not adequately resolved. I strongly urge you to avoid this company.

I placed and order for a product that was off the shelf 7 weeks ago for my wife's birthday. The product was supposed to be in stock, and was indicated as such. But even now (after my wife's birthday has passed) I've not heard back from my 5 attempts to contact them. They have since shut down customer comments on their Facebook page and have disabled communication through Messenger. I have now requested a refund and demanded that they do not charge the 20% restocking fee as it wasn't in stock to begin with, and they have ignored that too. Buyer beware! They steal! They ignore! Use Saberforge because they have better hilts anyhow and can actually get product out to you in their estimated time.

I bought a Chosen One SE with basic sound a while ago, along with a Dominix LE v3 stunt saber and a free initiate (Initiate v4, also a stunt saber). The Chosen One SE was overpriced for what I got. One unchangeable soundfont, terrible sound quality, and way too loud for my taste. The hilt wasn't made very well and came with a few scratches. The tri-cree LED was very bright, though. The stunt sabers were very nice. I really do like making my own sounds when spinning and pretending to deflect blaster bolts (haha). And the single-diode Fire Orange LEDs weren't too bright, but just adequate. Overall, great for cheap stunts. The sound sabers aren't very good, though. Note: there are some reviews from Ultrasabers employees on indeed.com, apparently they're treated horribly. Might be exaggerated, but I'd stay away from this company.
