I placed an order on the 2nd of June and it is currently still processing. This company is a great company that is legit and real, however, with the COVID-19 delays and their rumoured email crashes, their customer service has been deplorable. I have ordered from them before and the shipping time is great. Not this time however. They will not respond to emails and calls and I will be requesting a refund through PayPal.

Wish I could rate higher, the quality of the lightsaber is really good... if you ever get it. I understand that you can't ship everything lightning fast, but don't brag on the website it takes 2-3 business days when it takes 3-4 months. To top it all off their customer services is just plain terrible; not only does it take them forever to ship, they leave you in the dark the whole time, they never apologies or compensate. I ordered two lightsabers back in February and got one in May and still haven't gotten the other.

Ordered in May still haven't received it yet. I've tried to email them multiple times and either didn't get a response or got an automated response very disappointed.

At first, costumer service responded to my emails but eventually gave up when my order hit the two month mark. I was really excited to receive a light saber as a present for myself since my senior year was canceled. Almost off to college and no sign of the lightsaber.

The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I actually got a good product that works. Other than that, I agree with everyone else here: the communication with their customers is garbage. It also took 3 months for them to ship my order, which is ridiculous. I wouldn't go so far as to say this company is a scam, yeah it's bad, but it's not like they don't deliver eventually. They actually do have a shop and they manufacture sabers. From some people it sounds like the sabers came with a lot of issues like broken electronics, but for me it was fine. If they would fix their customer service like replacing the product if it arrived broken, responding to emails, and being clear on timing they would deserve better reviews.

I orderd my saber on 29th of April, on June 10th i decided to write several e-mails about my order. After waiting more than 2 weeks for a response I asked for a refund by PayPal. All of a sudden I got an e-mail from ultrasabers that my delivery has been shipped. So clearly my product was finished for weeks and they just didn't ship it. My saber came today, which I am very happy about, it is a really good product, but the customerservice is a disgrace. At least 2 stars because the product is really cool.

No response with email and it's been six weeks without the saber being shipped.

ordered a mystery box for 75$ got a 500$ saber out of it. That was great, but then i reallyzed how cheap it was made, dont get me wrong the hilt looks cool etc and it feels mighty, too big for my taste but ok, it also has the diy feeling couse its made out of alu pipes and you definetly can see that. the swing sound motions etc arent that smooth and they dont fix the inner circuit board or batterys so it smashes around when you swing, you can feel and hear that. when i opened it i saw that they simply cover the solder points with a hot glue gun instead of building a fixed cover for the inner life of your saber... i mean cmon that isnt even professional work, and it will lead to a damaged 500$ saber in a view fights . they are also not that detailed as others . so at the end i have to say the quality isnt that good .
