Listen to the reviews, I ignored them and have the worst experience ever. We had an issue with shipping where a package was stolen off my porch. I flagged a concern IMMEDIATLY to Ultra Sabers, and their resolution was to blame the customer. The refused a refund given all the information and proof that was provided. They had lack of sympathy, and just said "YOU AUTHRIZED A SIGNATURE RELEASE THIS IS ON YOU." Weird, because I didn't and wouldn't do that. Do not order from them, if there are ever any issues with the item you receive you're stuck with what you get, no replacement, no return, no refund. You're better off with Amazon where they value their customers, the feedback and will work with you to refund or replace. Screw Ultra Sabers, enjoy small claims court for a $500 order. POS company.

Horrible experience. Ordered a premium neopixel saber of 440-, I was warned ahead of purchase that the model wasn't frabricated by ultrasabers themselves, Arrived broken broken, with scratches, damage to the electrodes which caused it to malfunction, still no resolve to this day, even after extensive communication with their customer service. Steer away, may the force be with you

WARNING: DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. It is a complete scam. You cannot return anything because, despite my sending them all the FedEx info and who signed for the saber, they will pretend they didn't receive anything. This company has the saber and my $500. Again, DO NOT SHOP with Ultrasabers.

My daughter accidentally(?) charged one of these lightsabers to my credit card. When I received the toy, I never, (and still haven't) opened the shipping container. They won't take back the toy and refund my money. Naked Greed on disply here. DO NOT buy anything from these people. Even if it's dodgy, you WILL NOT receive a refund.

Had issues with the light/batteries since day one. I repeatedly approached Ultrasabers "customer support" only to be told the issue was the wrong batteries/wrong charging/user error. Also, using electrocal tape to hold the wiring together? Shoddy piece of crap

If 0 is an option this is what I would give them. They are terrible with Customer service. I have had issues with both of my orders I had made. One of my orders had a double code go to it I don't know how that happened. I had paid for it and then I get told that I can't get it because of the codes. I get told that I need pay the difference even though it was a mistake on their end. My other order I had made they didn't want to mail it because of a different billing and mailing. I sent them all the information to have it sent as well as explaining the situation to them. I had to deal with a terrible customer rep that made it his mission to make it as difficult as possible His name is Wiliam. Even with all the information that was given to have the order move forward. He still denied me my order after I sent all the information. Then he asked me to send a picture of my ID and the front and back of my debit card I explained that I will not do that then asked for a refund. It had been 3 days and have not got a response or an acknowledgement on my situation.

Defective product and worst customer service ever. $200 light saber does not work. Customer support by email only. They have a short 3-day return window which will run out because they are slow to respond to emails. Different agents respond to emails without reading through the emails properly and keep asking you to repeat the same troubleshooting steps. It has been one week of emails and they still haven't agreed to replace the piece of junk they sent me. Also, return policy is terrible - store credit only with a 20% restocking fee This is a borderline scam company. Don't buy from them

I had bought a saber a while back from them and it had an electrical issue within the warranty period. I reached out, and they said they wouldn’t fix it. I heard their customer service was better now, so i reached out, and they apologized and said they would fix it, just email them. 4 weeks later, still no response.
