Worst of the worst. How this sham of a company is still in operation I'll never know. They use severely outdated electronics, the owner is a total scumbag full of arrogance and doesn't care about the customer at all. Save your money and go elsewhere.

After 9 weeks there was no movement on my order. I made numerous attempts to contact the seller regarding order status, by phone and email. They never replied, returned calls, or responded in anyway. Until... I had to file a claim with PayPal. Three days after the claim was filed they emailed me directly to try and get me to continue with the order. This is a violation of the PayPal agreement. If I were to cancel the claim, I could never file again if I didn’t receive the items. PayPal gave them an additional 2 weeks to respond to the claim. The seller never replied to the claim, and fortunately I got a refund. BE VERY CAUTIOUS DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a light saber from this place on may 14th, and finally today July 29th I heard back from them.. I made several attempts to contact them by email, dozen times to call to speak with someone. All I wanted was a update or some kind of feedback on why it was taking so long for my order. I finally got fed up and canceled my order last week, and I finally heard from them today... they keep 20% of the money for a "restock" fee. So I'm out on around 60 dollars. But bottom line is, there garbage on customer service.

I ordered a grab bag blade and an empty hilt in June and it's still "processing". The customer service in nonexistent! I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau for false advertising and pursue a full refund

Its been two months and my mystery box hasn't even shipped. I know covid is slowing companies down, but over two months is ridiculous. Ive reached out several times with no response on the phone and over email. I’d go ahead and cancel my order and order from somewhere else but I can even get a hold of them. Don't order from here!

I am relieved that everyone else has had a similar experience with ultrasabers. I placed my order two months ago and have not received any confirmation, and my order still appears to be "processing". My order was a mystery saber..so really I would be satisfied with anything, but even after several emails I have received no reply. I will likely be canceling my order. What worse is that I got an email from one of their no-reply email asking if I had received my order, when only it still says it was processing. They claimed if I hadn't received my order within 48 hours I should contact ultrasabers.com...they want me to contact a website? I am saddened by this, as a huge starwars fan.

If I could grade them in the negative I would, but one star is the lowest I could go. I ordered a saber for my son back in May for his birthday in June. On their website they brag how fast their shipping is which is totally false. The light saber got here July 23rd and only because I threatened them with legal action. There was no apology for it taking so long no discount no follow up email just a Fed Ex tracking number in my inbox. I ordered body armor that was back ordered and even that shipped faster then ultra sabers. They literally have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered and they should be embarrassed to be up and running as a company. Someone should shut them down because I’m pretty sure they are false advertising about how good their company is. I will never buy from them again and I’ll get all my future lightsabers somewhere else.

Ordered two sabers over two months ago, one sent a month ago the other is still processing. The order I received had different customization than I had ordered. They will not respond to any emails I send them.
