Terrible service, and I think they forgot my 800 dollar order. I ordered 2 sabers totalling around 800$ dollars late in November. Beyond my payment confirmation I received no information for over 6 weeks. When I finally did here from them, (after prodding Brent with emails,) they tell me the sabers I ordered over 6 weeks ago are out of stock and wont be back for another 10 to weeks. All of the "subsitution" choices I was offered are significantly less expensive than my order, and why was I not informed they were out of stock for 6 weeks? Very difficult to deal with.

Horrible Customer service. They sold us a broken saber. Told us we have to pay to ship back and wait for repair. It was broken out of box. Do not buy from here.

These people are criminals! I placed an order an December 12th, received no shipping notification after one week, I emailed them only to find out my item won’t be shipped for another 4 weeks. No mention of this via their website and when asked to cancel as this was my son’s Christmas gift, they told me they will withhold 20% for restocking fee. Twenty percent restocking fee for an item that is not available for another 4 weeks. These people are thieves. Do not use their service. I will report them to every consumer reporting agency until I get my entire refund back. Criminals.

Light Saber bought and paid on 17 February 2020, yet to receive it. Waybill filled out incorrectly. leading to Fedex to "abandon" the parcel. Numerous mails to them unanswered. Upshot my 12yo son out of pocket for light saber and courier cost.

Don't buy from here. Customer service is terrible. Missing order since Jan 2020. Now Dec 2020 and had 2 replies out of about 40 emails chasing it. To date, nothing has been done. Absolutely shocking.

Ive ordered before, i purchased 2 sabers a year ago during all the starwars hype and they arrived in 3 months which I thought was understandable during the time. I recently bought another 2 on July 16th, its currently the 10th of December at the time im writing this, and they have not arrived yet. Many emails sent and none were responded to. I figured at least one email response saying something about the pandemic is slowing things down and making them is hard currently but no nothing. Ill still be waiting for my order but when it arrives, even if its great quality, I will NEVER recommend shopping here to anyone.

Back in May, I ordered the Fulcrum model with a blue saber color and electronics. I paid well over $200 for it, and the Facebook page told me the quickest it would get to me is four weeks from that day. Over several months and countless unanswered emails, Ultrasabers proved to me that their customer service was almost non-existent. After I threatened to issue a refund with my bank, they finally answered. Instead of an apology or an update, they told me not only did they run out of that model months prior to my order, but offered for me to A. Wait 4 months for the model to come back in stock or B. choose another model in the same price range (all models they offered to substitute were garbage and not worth the money). I decided to go with the Dark Menace with a red blade. It came in the mail sometime in October. Once it arrived, it took me 20 minutes until the top tip of the saber flew off and broke (not even dueling). The batteries lasted not even a day, and now it's just falling apart. Awful product, awful price, awful waiting time, awful customer service, just an overall awful place to buy a saber from. Please save your money or buy from another company.

I ordered a saber on November 30th and it arrived on December 5th. I had some correspondence with customer service because they wanted to let me know that if I got a different version of the same hilt that I could get it much faster, which turned out to be true. Here's where it gets bad, it arrived and I turned it on and messed around with it for a few minutes and it was fine but the blade arrived slightly curved, which I wasn't too worried about. The next day I met up with a friend who had also recently bought a saber from them. We did some very light sparring and BOTH of our sabers broke, mine kept turning off by itself (I tested to make sure I wasn't just accidentally hitting the button, I wasn't), and after he dropped it onto a patch of grass by accident and the wire that connected his battery to his light snapped. Both of us have contacted customer service to activate our warranties but they have not responded. Do not buy from ultrasabers. Their products are glorified flashlights and their owner sucks, he pays the workers 8 dollars an hour and they have to clock out to use the bathroom while he wrecks $400,000 Ferraris and doesn't even sweat it (real incident, his name is Emory Harris if you want to look it up). To be honest, if I were working there under those conditions I wouldn't do a good job either. If you work at ultrasabers and you're reading this, I'm so sorry and I hope that you can find the courage to quit and find a new job at a company with a decent owner where you get paid a living wage.
