UltraDefrag does everything I want it to do - and more. It is fast, reliable and stable I can only reecommend it.

Absolutely no customer support. Even Fastspring screwed up by sending me a blank URL for the download. None of my many emails to you, Fastspring, and Dimtri were responded too. In my research I discovered that this same scenario happened in 2020 when I first bought the product. It took until three months until November to get the product. I do not plan to upgrade in the future due to these two scenario that left me very angry.

It is going well. The problem is, on the MSFT issue, it should be improved to make it smaller and more usable. In all functions today, they are very good and functional.

Since it was open source has been the best defragmenter. It's also usable as a portable software. Now it's a commercial software, but nothing has changed.

UltraDefrag 10 works well on Windows 11 22H2 beta, also with Hyper-V Virtual Machines. I use SSD. Virtual Machines (Windows 10, Ubuntu) work more faster after the defragment of vhdx. I strongly recommend this useful software. Thank you so much for your products!
