Non-existent customer support - NO RESPONSE!!! Emailed on June 17, an issue with UltraDefrag along with screenshots and diagnostic information Follow-up on July 4th Have paid for multiple versions over the years but this one was my last since I suspect the company is going out of business. All I get is automated emails saying: "Dear customer, Thank you for contacting us! We will review your request and respond to you within 3 business days." Not true!

I'm stuck with installation of version 10 of UltraDefrag. There is not accessibility in your installation for visually impaired person. I'm furious about this version 10. No problem with version 8 for me but with version 10 there are a lot of problems. With accessibility, with Microsoft Defender. + Eddy François Legrain

Sorry to hear about that. Currently we're working on the Microsoft Defender related issue, as soon as we fix that we'll let you know. In terms of accessibility nothing changed since version 8, though. Please contact us at [email protected] and provide a bit more details about the accessibility issues you encounter. We'll do our best to fix them as well as soon as possible.

Absolutely no customer support. Even Fastspring screwed up by sending me a blank URL for the download. None of my many emails to you, Fastspring, and Dimtri were responded too. In my research I discovered that this same scenario happened in 2020 when I first bought the product. It took until three months until November to get the product. I do not plan to upgrade in the future due to these two scenario that left me very angry.
