Shipping was fast and but after opening the box nothing was labeled for the different year of vehicles i ordered. Also, no instructions included.

Sorry about that! There should have been a postcard in the box with a QR Code on it that can be scanned to get you the installation instructions. Soon, we will start printing the instruction manuals out and including them in the package

Directions could be better; it would be nice if it would work the same as the one, I got for my 2023 RAM which is the reason I bought the one for my Ford.

Thank you for your review! Unfortunately, Ford changed the computer system in the F-150 in 2021 so the OBD Based Modules will no longer work as they do in the Ram Trucks. We are working on making some installation videos to help!

The service alone is worth 5 stars. There was some confusion with my order but all was made right in a timely manner. Everyone I talked to was awesome. UBL lights are super bright and install was easy enough. I drive a ‘24 F250 and had to modify the universal brackets a bit but it was much easier than expected. Read the shipping policy. It will save you some time and maybe some money as well!
