5 🌟 service and products. Staff is responsive and helpful start to finish. Body Control Modules (BCM) can be a little intimidating at first, but quality instructions make things very DIY-able. That said, a little patience and creativity go a long way.

Thank you for your review. I see that you placed an order at 10:00PM on August 27th and we put a shipping label on your order at 10:36AM on August 28th. Your order was shipped UPS Ground at no additional cost to you and was delivered on September 4th. Unfortunately, once UPS picks up the package we are not able to control the speed at which they process the order

Too long order time, still haven't received order

Thank you for your review. Your order was placed on Sunday August 27 and was shipped out on August 28th using UPS Ground shipping which you were not charged for. UPS delivered the order on September 4th. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday and was closed for the Labor Day Holiday. Unfortantly, we cannot control how quickly the package moves from UPS Facility to UPS Facility.

Super fast shipping. Customer service was amazing. I screwed up and tried plugging it into the wrong color factory plug that bent and broke some prongs. Totally my fault and asked to purchase a new harness at my cost. To my surprise a brand new one showed up at my door at no cost. Will always do business with them after this.

Tried to do this purchase through the fire department and ended up having to pay with a personal credit card. What is done is done. I paid the taxes and moving on.
