Thank you for your review. The Z-Flash OBD For Dodge/Jeep/Ram is ready to work right out of the box. It does not need to be programmed. Also, the software is only for Windows-based computers. Unfortunately, we were not able to find any calls, emails, or chats from you about this issue. We would have been happy to assist you.
