Good service. Will use again to ship my car back.

I was not completely satisfied because a newer staff member gave me incorrect information which negatively affected my travel plans. The transport driver had a thick accent and I could hardly understand what he was saying to me. The driver was supposed to deliver my car by 7 PM, but he did not show up by 10 PM and he did not return my calls or text messages that same evening. The driver called the next day just before arriving, and did not bother to check in advance if the person receiving the car would even be home to accept delivery of the car. The driver was helpful during the delivery however. When I called to give feedback about my experience to the person I set up the car shipping with, that person never returned my call. Another staff member did call me back the morning after the driver no show no called, however. I would not recommend this transport company because there were too many problems with the car shipping and unreliability of some staff and inaccurate information provided by staff.

The process of shipping our vehicle with Ultra Auto Transport was simple, from start to finish. The response time was exactly as described, the instructions were clear, and the communication was great! The carrier that we worked with was very professional and delivered our car in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the entire experience with Ultra Auto Transport, would use them again, and would recommend them for shipping your vehicle.

I was surprised to get my car in just 2 days. Very fast, efficient service. Office personnel professional, polite, and helpful with questions. I would recommend them to anyone first and look forward to using them again in the future. Only one recommendation. I was not aware that payment went to the driver after confirmation of delivery on my part. I did not know that I needed to go to the website to do this. Office person called me and guided me through this procedure. It was easy--only a click to complete. I just felt bad that the driver had to wait to be paid after he did such a good job delivering my vehicle. Otherwise, the experience was awesome. Thank you, Marko Chisnell

I used this company to transport my Lexus SUV from Houston Texas to Sacramento California. From scheduling the pick up in Houston to picking my car up in Sacramento I was pleased with each step. Everyone was very polite , professional and easy to get hold of to coordinate pick up and drop offs. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to transport a car cross country.

Communication from my booking to delivery was top notch. Phone calls and emails ending with a call from thier sub-contracted driver 3hrs from delivery. It would have been 5stars if they could have matched the lowest bid on u-ship!
