I've bought quite a few games from them and they are quick and reputable, but sometimes they have hiked the price on certain games such as Skyrim and others when it was their mistake for selling preorders at a loss, then they forced customers who bought it whilst it was at a loss to pay the difference. In my eyes they should have just accepted it as their own fault and taken the loss, it's tough cookies if you fail to put the right price up. The pricing is very unreliable at times, you can preorder something and have the price drop substantially before release or the opposite could occur. These are all human errors and can be fixed by being diligent, and other than the pricing issues I can see no other issue with them.

I was pretty sceptical about the site when I first found Dead Island on sale for 27$ or so when it came out. I mean, after all, the game cost about at least 40 Euros here in Germany (which I think is now about $50), so I didn't know if the site was a scam or not. Well, it's not a scam. In fact I already bought (I think) 3 games there and everything went flawlessly all the time. Well, one time they didn't ship the key out until I wrote up the support, but even that went pretty fast since they have a live-chat support system where you just ask one of their employees a question or give them a request and they usually react immediately. Great site!
