Horrible communication, Poor customer service
I attempted to purchase a game from them and was told that it would take 30 minutes to 2 hours to be sent (with rare instances taking up to 24 hours) All in all it took them about 34 hours to send me the game. In addition the 5% facebook promo code they gave me only gave a 1% discount. The problem was they sent me a blank email which was marked as spam by my email in which, if you click on an obscure link, it informed you that you needed to send a copy of your driver's license (shady much?) So, after some reticence, I sent the license only to discover hours later while I was on-site helping a client that they decided the full-size license scan wasn't big enough. The next night, I blew the image up 50x and sent it to them again, which led to them responding that what they actually wanted was a larger resolution image of my drivers license. I have no idea why as the original scan was easily readable, unless they are trying to steal my identity. Anyway, after hours of trying to set my scanner up to work with a fresh install. scanning the id a 4x the resolution, creating a 178mb picture and using GIMP to resize the image so it could be attached to an email. I finally was able to meet their ridiculous standards regarding image quality. I politely requested that for the 4+ hours of my time wasted ( invalidating any discount I received using a shady grey market website) that they either discount the game or upgrade it to the digital deluxe edition of the game. They demanded that I close my Paypal dispute with them before they promised any kind of credit and proceeded to discount me only the original 4% to make up for their failed coupon code and didn't even upgrade me to the deluxe edition. In short, they only fixed the original price and forced me to say they solved the problem before they did so. Shadier than every single craigslist transaction I've ever had.

Hi, sorry but we have requested from you to send the image in a larger resolution. we're sorry we haven't cleared that up for you we thought its pretty obvious that we need a larger image because the 1pixel one was too small to verify and you have sent us a back the same image even more pixelated after you have re-sized it with some software. and please be honest and admit that you took your time to reply. we don't see why we need to credit you with a deluxe edition of the game when you have paid for the normal version with 5% discount. EDIT: and this is while you have opened a dispute when we ask not to do so. about the wrong amount of the discount its because we have just updated our prices from the Xmas deals we had and this took time. but we did fix your discount so we don't see the point of this review. Response 2: what exactly was misleading? we have told you that the picture is too small and requested a better resolution one (not upscaled pixelated same image). you have complained that the communication was awful while the live chat was online and you chose to email us instead also you have complain waiting more than 24 hours. you have just said you were at work and couldn't reply earlier, how is that our fault? as to your reply we believe you have not read the TOS as you were surprised that you are being requested to verify your ownership while its all written there and you have to agree to it before you proceed with the purchase. about the discount, we already explained the reason and corrected your problem didn't we? and after all that opening a dispute and demanding us to credit you with the deluxe edition while you have failed to follow a simple request. if your claim was valid we would credit you with a %20 discount on your next purchase like we do with most of our customers. Response 3: Please stop. we appreciate your opinions This is turning into some flaming war and its not welcomed. James: You have made your point and we made our point. no point in continuing shooting the bull. Thanks.
