"...in rare cases it may take up to 24 hours." My order took over 24 hours from when my payment was verified. Will not be buying from them again.

takes a while also you need to take a picture of your id and send it to them but overall it took about 4 hours to get my code

You seem to have got some kind of new downloader on some games, and it doesn't work properly. I've tried several times with 2 games (Bioshock 1 and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Future Soldier Deluxe) and it keeps beeing at 0% and (3 of 7) or something like it. Please fix it, because it is really annoying!

So my first two purchases on Gaming Dragon. Hitman Absolution and Prototype 2. Both were very cheap, almost half of what I could find anywhere else. Everything seemed legit, and I was happy.. I chose and paid.. then expected my activation codes to appear within the usual (i hear) 30 mins to 2 hrs. They did not. Alas I cant complain I suppose, I did receive them, and am downloading them now. Another few hours and I'm good. The codes arrived around 5 hrs after the purchase, and that is my only complaint, After they failed to come earlier I did some looking around and found a couple of reviews that were not so flattering (about gamingdragons) and started to worry. Unjustly it seems. Codes arrived, I just hope there isn't any issues with languages like I have seen. Only reason it isn't 5 star is the time it takes to receive the activation codes.

Hi, We're sorry to hear about the slightly longer wait you have been experienced. on the other hand we're glad you're happy with your purchase. On weekends it can take slightly longer due to low staff who is processing the order and also time differences. Orders are processed manually due to high amount of theft attempts lately so we deal with every order carefully. mostly we do deliver within 30min - 2hrs or even less than that. I bought a game and it was second time I bought a game here I got a key handed over after 55 minutes and it works fine can only recommend this page. gamers-shop.dk i dont think this is a dansih store more..in the past gammers-shop have Danish support and phone number but no more danish .. the first time i bought a game it come after 1 min so do i shop on gaming dragons or gamers-shop or it the same shop ?? #23200

Just fantastic customer service. I accidentally purchased the EU code instead of the US one. Before they were sent to me the customer service team picked up the mistake and let me know I had ordered the wrong thing - q quick refund and the correct purchase later all was good. You can't get better than that!!!!

I have been looking around for FIFA 13, I looked at few websites and Gaming Dragons had it cheapest, only 12.64 pounds. Nearly 13 pounds cheaper than in store ! I personally had doubts about this because it didn't seem legit. Well I tried it and I can say that everything worked very well, my game key has been sent within 5 hours of purchase ( I'm guessing it took longer than it should since I bought it at around midnight). Key worked brilliantly with Origin and I can already play . Amazing site and I'll definitely recommend this to anyone ! Will for sure buy games here !
