Preordered FM2014 with these guys after they offered an amazing discount after I spoke with them on their FB page. Received the beta code bang on time. Have used them previously for CIV purchases and been very happy with that too. Will try and put all my business to these guys. They listen, respond and try and help their customers the best way they can.

I really recommend this store if you are planning to buy digital computer games. I bought Sid Meyers Brave New World which I can registrate through Steam where I have my main game installed. It is so easy, and I got my key the day before it launch :-)

I ordered the Mass Effect Trilogy and GTA4 Complete edition, all codes provided quickly. i had a problem with one of the codes and got in contact with them and they sorted it out straight away! 100% happy with service will use again! EDIT: i have now also ordered 2 other games and they sent them instantly, definitely a trust able services and definitely will be used again!

From what I have purchased so far [4 or 5 games in total], The transaction and delivery time has all been smooth and fast and I have had no problems at all yet with what I have purchased, so I highly recommend them. Never had to contact customer support yet so not sure on how that is but hopefully as good as the service they provide.

I was lured in by the very low price, and a promise of fast delivery, as this weekend is the only free time I have for the next couple of weeks. The download link came 3 hours after I had paid. It's not bad, just being nitpicky here, as I thought it would be less. Now for the problems. My download stopped at 99%. It said something about the file not being available for download and nothing could be done. I then checked their webpage for their "direct download link guide" which suggested 3 different programs to assist in downloading the file. I choose the DAP and this is where your rating went from 2/5 to 1/5. This piece of crap program changed my browser settings, and tried to install other programs after it was installed. Since I had no clue how to use the program (there was no explanation on how to use this program to download the file either. It just tried to download the page and not the .exe file) I thought I had to accept it. As soon as I noticed it was one of "those" programs, I uninstalled everything. Suggesting the use of ANY program that changes ANY settings a customer has is unacceptable! Even if you can avoid it by carefully going through a custom install where you have to REMOVE marks from every single checkbox. EDIT: Download failed again. Decided to buy the package with Bioshock + Bioshock 2 since it's Steam download. If I had done this from the start this review would have been 5/5. The e-mail arrived just minutes after paying. I raised the overall rating to 2/5 because of previously mentioned experience. I suggest you take a look at your "direct download" option, as that was the cause of the bad experience Edit2 reply: I looked at the option to contact your support team, but live suppot was offline, and since it's Saturday, I thought the contact form would not get a reply before Monday, and I was quite impatient ;) Thank you for the swift reply and help, that really makes up for the bad experience.
