Well, the website is clear and so are the installation and activation instructions. Although after purchase the website said there was an error due to payment incomplete, it went through fine and I received my code within 30 minutes. I would rate it 5 stars: low price (not lowest), clear website, easy payment, good instructions.

I paid for my games with my PayPal account which is already verified and directly debits from my checking account and I recieved an email stating that I needed to show ID to verify my identity in order to receive the games I purchased. I could understand if I just threw my credit card on there, but PayPal is verified. I'm completely confused because when I requested a refund I still haven't heard back. I'm tee'd off that on my VERIFIED account they would request personal information listed as a copy of my ID, passport, DL, or other ID. I'm not here to have my identity stolen and overall that's what I feel like this site might do. Should have just gone directly with the creators in the first place.

I have bought two keys from GamingDragons and I'm very satisfied with their service. GDs website is moderately easy to use (+ they have many languages), ordering products is quite simple (you do not have to register to the site if you don't wish to) and most of all the delivery time is reasonable 30mins to 2h. (GD always delivered my games after about 20-30mins) To sum' it up, GamingDragons is a trustworthy wedsite where you can buy games without any concern.

I had no problems at checkout, but 30 mins after the confirmation of payment, I received an e-mail where they asked mo for a copy of my ID. I sent it to them, but I haven't received any confirmation or my key until now. Edit: The support team was very nice to send it to me once again and offered to find a solution if it doesn't get to me again. Very nice support team you got there!

That was my first order from @Gaming Dragons (UGK) and I had a very good overall experience. The Price was very competitive and the delivery was very fast. All e-mails included all necessary information's / instructions. I'm very happy with my purchase and will come back for more in the near future. PS: I bought Mortal Kombat X for PC (Steam)
