In November 2021 I ordered a replacement right monitor while in the UK. It finally arrived after FedEx failed to deliver after 6 weeks. In April 2022 the replacement monitor failed while I was in Thailand. It took about 6 weeks for the repair and was sent to my address in Thailand. Once again FedEx failed to deliver my monitor. I have written emails and called IE support but get no response. Totally frustrated with their service. I’m still waiting July 31, 2022

horrible customer service. sent them my amazon invoice, a photo of the ticket number they gave me and my name on a paper with my face in it, the serial number etc again and agaim cuz they told me they cant open the files, then i sent them a screenshot of everything and they said it had to be original files, we had the conversation of me sending it again and again just for them deny my request to replace or get fixed a speaker that has valid warrants and told me "they dont need to explain why". after me asking again they ended up saying it needed to be a video, i took a video of me showing them the photo of me holding the ticket number, the invoice, the serial number, my face again, just for them to tell me theyre denying it again. it is so sad cuz when the speaker was working the quality was so amazing but i need to know i can get help on a product that has warranty instead of them saying "we're denying it and i dont need to tell you why" after weeks of emailing back and forth for them to keep requesting new things everytime

I have a need for good and effective hear protection for motorcycling. Ordered plugs with filters - £85 + £5(postage). Then I learnt I have to go and make ear impressions - £25. Then I had to post impressions to the company - £7.60. Then and only then Ultimate Ears said: "Please allow a maximum of 20 working days for our standard service." I complained - they requested even more money: "we do have express services available at an additional cost. 5 day @ £25.00 & 48 hours @ £45.00" At the moment I'm stuck with total of £122.6 spent with nothing for at least a month. I'm not happy with the service. Still I don't know how effective is all of that effort against the money? Update: Received email confirmation about plugs being posted to me after 8 calendar days from the day they received the impressions. They used 48 hrs Royal Mail service. Awaiting delivery now. I have received plugs after 10 calendar days from the day they received the impressions. They fit well - in the room. Facts: Ultimate Ear kept me well infirmed (by email) on every step: appointment booked, what to do next, confirmation of impressions receipt, plugs dispatch. Update after practical test on motorbike and performance comparison: Today I have taken Ultimate Ears plugs for a ride first time. Initial impression was so-so. However, after about 15 minutes wearing helmet my ears started hurting. Nevertheless I continued riding slower, faster, listening to navigation instructions, having phone calls. After 1:15 hrs I had enough. I could not bear pressure and hurting filling any more in both ears. I stopped and replaced plugs with Bollsen Moto+, German plugs I used till now. I was hugely surprised. It felt much better, comfy, sound clear when riding high speeds wearing German plugs. Unfortunately wearing Ultimate Ears plugs for 1:15 hrs was painful, sound un-comfy (high sound pressure felt). As a result I have finished the planned ride (another 1:15 hrs) wearing German plugs with relief. Due to the last update I have no choice but fairly (based on my experience) drop the rate to single star.

Absolutely shocking service!! Purchased the Hyperboom about 9 months ago, stopped working all of a sudden. Contacted customer service to report it as under warranty. They replied days later with various ways of how to fix it. Explained to them we couldn't carry out what they had suggested as it wouldn't turn on. They then said they would replace it. This took weeks! We were then given a date, it didn't show up, then another date, no show agsin, then another date, still didn't turn up. We were then told by Ups that they thry the speaker was stolen by the courier/driver. We then reported this to Ultimate Ears who said we couldn't have a replacement till this had been investigated. This is NOT our problem. Emails back and forth have been days in between to get a reply. No help at all. This is a terrible service considering how expensive this speak is. Its been roughly 3 months since our speaker broke and we still have no speaker. Shocking!!!

With a 100% satisfaction return policy, this company does not deliver. The UE Fits product was ordered and after numerous back and forth chats with tech decided to return product since it was not satisfactory and did not live up the "promise" that UE claimed. I returned them promptly. I received a "confirmation of the returns and refund" but since I paid using the AFFIRM payments, they claim to have reimbursed AFFIRM. Since there were AFFIRM payments by me still pending, my credit card continued to be charged a month after return the headphones. Affirm says they never received the refund from Ulitmate Ears. Ultimate Ears continues two months later to keep saying that I need to contact Affirm. Which I have, many times. And no luck. What gives? I've never had such a horrible refund process for anything.

Very unhappy with the fit of this product. My ears are too small, I guess? Customer service is prompt yet completely unhelpful.

I ordered a pair of custom in-ears UE6 Pro more than 3 months ago and UE still haven't delivered and they can't give an answer on the delivery date.

Great products, when they work. Second megaboom no longer works due to non charging battery (known design issue) only used it less than a dozen times, but it's now out of warranty period so UE customer service simply don't want to know. I now have my second £150 doorstop.
