UE Fits are the only earbuds that don't hurt my ears. They've always been glitchy with charging and connectivity but they worked well enough. They stopped working completely a couple months outside warranty and Ultimate Ears won't do anything about it. $200 earbuds should last longer than a year, especially when used almost exclusively indoors. What a shame. If you get these, expect to replace them when the warranty is up. I have $20 off-brand earbuds that are more reliable. So disappointing.

App is useless. For an expensive Bluetooth speaker. It only works manually as a speaker. You can't even set the alarm because that function doesn't work on the app unless its 6:00am. No other time is accepted.

Great speaker sound. The App is shocking. You'll need a degree in coding to get two speakers to link and play stereo. Avoid.

Ordered a product by mistake. I wanted to simple return it and order the correct one. Please note. There is no intelligent support. Their support email does not repond. Their chat on their website does not respond. I eventually dm in twitter where i got an message saying to send and email to a different address. This started the most bizarre email loop. I explain in the email we need to return the product. Email response. We see we have delivered. You need to request a return label. Link to fill form. Got notification they received the form. Received email they already del the item. I need to request a return label. It has been 3 weeks now going round incircles. Zero support.

The speaker would connect via Bluetooth and switch on and off. However, there was no sound it simply stopped working. I was able to make contact with Customer Support eventually, after attempting to call the number, which doesn’t work, and only with the support of a UE Fits customer support. The speaker was purchased 2 years and 4 months before it stopped working, 4 months outside of the warranty period. No offer of a contribution towards a new speaker, absolutely no care received as a customer. The UE speakers are sold as premium product, the customer service should match this but it falls short. Why would I buy another UE product 🤔

Zero support services for Boom. Called the number on the app which goes through to Logitech. Someone not very helpful in an offshore location (was informed it was company policy not to reveal where they are based - telephone line was awful) was unable to help and said there was no telephone support for Ultimate Ears products but that the team would respond via email.

I bought the Wonderboom 3 from their site. I contact them a few hours later because, due to an error on the site, a product in the wrong colour was ordered. I try to contact customer service but there is no number or email to contact for Italian customers (even though the website is in Italian!). I then call the customer service in England and am given a support ticket to which I receive no reply, except for a generic e-mail from the technical support service providing me with answers on troubleshooting (but I only wanted to correct the order, changing the colour of the product before it was shipped). After pointing out to them that my support request was about a different problem (don't they read e-mails before replying?), I am advised to contact customer service in the US!!! So I'm supposed to call a US number from Europe to get support for a product sold and shipped in Europe and paid for in euros? Simply insane in 2023. Simply insane. As if that wasn't enough, not only do I get no response but, almost like a hoax, I am told that the order was shipped incorrectly and I can't even find a way to make a return for THEIR mistake. Absurd. I will NEVER buy from their site again. EVER AGAIN.

I wish I had read through all these reviews before I purchased my UE Fits ear buds. They arrived eventually - around 3 weeks, where they said a few days. They don't work (bluetooth issues) and I can't get hold of anyone in support. The 2 tickets I raised in the US said to contact the UK support team, but they never respond
