Low volume, no longevity, stops holding charge. Sound quality rapidly declines.

Worst customer / support from any company I have encountered. I was given Ultimate Ears as a gift and the battery charging case is broken . Only used them once and needed for them for marathons which I ah e now completed. . No use as I couldn’t charge them. Emailed UE support and still no reply have umpteen emails . Called their customer support who said they would notify and expedite my request for a new charger or refund which now is what I would like. So unprofessional!!!

We have had 2 of their boom speakers now and they both have just got to a point where they no longer connect, and that’s after not owning either for very long. Have tried all troubleshooting methods and nothing works. They are obviously just stylish, robust, pieces of crap.

This company and its director are a fraudulent, dishonest and abusive set up. Avoid at all costs and report to HSE and trading standards!

I payed for an order with a credit card, and went through all of the necessary routines that is demanded to confirm the buy. When done I got no confirmation, and there is nothing in "my orders", but the item is now gone from the cart. I can't see if the money has been drawn for a month since it was a company credit card. And there are no way to contact the company. The email adress that Trust pilot sends this to is blocked from incoming mails. Horrible.

DECEMBER of 2022 I decided to buy myself a Christmas present. I purchased a set of UE FITS earbuds. They customize any of 3 tip sizes; Even their smallest available tip size, eas too big for my silly little ears. They suggested UE Drops, which I was told UE drops were molded, fully customized to "my" ear. Cost: OVER $300 offered help. I was so excited! I returned the UE FITS and upgraded to "UE Drops" and was so excited I was going to get earbuds customized for my ears; I had NEVER had earbuds that would stay in my ears. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! If you purchase just before the holidays--you are amazed with the fantastic customer service; don't be! They hire a bunch of temporary people working from home. Calls are routed to these reps with minimum hold time and very nice, helpful people. After the holidays, the only way to contact anyone is through E-mail. They were willing to try a third time-- but for me it was too much to have take more & more pictures of my ears. I keep telling them these earbuds were just TOO BIG. I guess my ears are not only small but shallow? The earbud sticks out of my ear. if I "move", if I take a sip of water, The weight of the earbud sticking away from my ear causes it to fall, sometimes seeming to almost jump from my ear. If they fit your ears I bet they sound great! The sound is customizable! I could not keep them in my ear(s) long enough to customize the sound. These earbuds buttons can also be customized. ( As in user can choose if one click changes volume or if it goes to next song etc) All of those features are GREAT, but ONLY if they stay in your ears. I can't say if those features that "sounded" great are worth over $300, but if you are buying them for customization because of trouble using earbuds due to small ears I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE EARBUDS AND/OR I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY recently purchased a set of TINY EARBUDS on TEMU, THEY WERE UNDER $10.00! I have them in my ears, for over a hour; They are STAYING IN! They are a little tight, & "may" start to hurt if I wear ALL day? But as I said I have very small ears. DON'T waste your money on the "custom fit" of UE fits, or drops! If you have trouble with the $20.00 earbuds, but can use them but they are uncomfortable- if the reviews are real, it would appear the customization "may" be "nice" PLUS includes good customizable sound! The CUSTOMIZATION on the fit of UE drops was a JOKE! They had me take photos of my ears over & over & over. I spent more time chasing & searching for the UE drops earbuds than I did getting to listen to them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND these. I have read better reviews about BOSE products (not customizable for fit & I am not certain about customizable buttons) but I have Bose Speakers I love, and have read their earbuds have fantastic sound as well. Years ago I tried a pair that were wireless, but hooked over ears. They had mult adjustments but again were too heavy and did not stay on. I see now they have some buds that state small with great sound. Perhaps they are next? For now I am content with the ones I purchased from TEMU for under $10 that have been in my ears for nearly 2 hours!

Please do not waste you hard earned money on the boom speaker. It don't hold its charge. Loses charge while it's charging. Contacted support twice on email. And once on Facebook. No reply. Absolutely useless

These are far too pricey to last for such a short time. Don't waste your money. If you're in this price point, get Bose or Apple.
