Sounds like a broken record, tried to cancel for months, only after I contacted PayPal and didn't authorize any future payments did someone get back to me, the excuse was they were out if the office???? For weeks? I guess I was lucky, I only received 2 orders I didn't want.🙄

Total scam, they take money out of your account and dispatch the product without your consent. The subscription is in the very fine detail, all but unnoticeable and never mentioned when you sign up for your first delivery. Ordered 2 packets at reduced price with 1 free, then 4 weeks later, while I'm not even a third thru the original demand, they take more money and send you a further 2 packets, at full price - absolute daylight robbery. Just to rub salt into the wound I've taken them for 4 weeks with absolute zero affect despite the claim that they boost 5 different things - complete rubbish. This company has no moral conscience.

Did not see the tiny fine print about it being a subscription. Tried to cancel subscription a couple times but these morons refuse to. Very unprofessional company

The landing page is deliberately set up to trick you into a subscription that it’s not clear you’re signing up for. And the product does nothing at all. Just a big con.

I had a choice I would give this product and company 0 stars . The gummies dont work and it’s not certified what they are made of. This company tricks you into subscription with out your consent and stars taking your money please avoid at all cost.

I am furious. I had a detailed text message conversation with a guy when I first purchased 2 products and I specifically asked him, “is this a subscription?” . His answer was “No, no subscription at all. Your purchase is a one off”. That’s exactly what I wanted. And then 1 month later I’m receiving notifications another shipment is on the way and I’ve been charged for it. I have screenshots of the text message conversation and I still can’t believe it. I feel like I’ve been outright lied to and betrayed. I am fuming. No means NO. And as for the product, I’ve noticed nothing whatsoever. To me it was nothing more than a placebo. But what a disgraceful tactic of unwillingly signing people up for a subscription.

Trash company with no ethics. I echo many of the previous reviews. When I placed my initial order, I had no idea I was being roped into an unwanted subscription plan. There was no mention of that on their website. After receiving the initial order, about a month later I receive more gummies in the mail, completely unexpected. As I was checking my banking account activity online, I discovered that I had been charged $98 for another shipment. I emailed customer support to inquire as to why I was charged for a shipment I didn't order. "Amelia," who is undoubtedly a name given to their AI email response bot, gave the same story as many others, "It's like if we made you a fresh smoothie and handed it to the delivery driver; we can't get it back once it's gone." Then, "Amelia" writes, "I can, however, help you cancel the subscription so you don't receive future orders." This was on 8/11/26. Fast forward to 8/30/26. I receive an "order confirmation" email, and shortly thereafter receive yet ANOTHER unsolicited shipment, after being told 19 days earlier that my subscription was cancelled. After several additional email exchanges with "Amelia," I receive an email conveying a "sincere apology." Then "Amelia" wrote, "and As our final offer, we would like to provide you with a 50% partial refund, and you may keep the product without returning it. We genuinely want to resolve this matter fairly and hope you will consider our offer." Figuring that this was the best outcome I could hope for, I wrote back to accept the 50% refund. Today is 9/24/26 and I have yet to receive this refund. I have sent FIVE follow up emails asking for a status update on my refund, and "Amelia" has gone radio silent. Nothing. So, if you're reading this review and decide to purchase from this trash company, I hope you understand what you are getting yourself into. BEWARE!

Good product but shit website and customer service. First order was fine, second order placed they took the money and then took more money. When questioned they said I had subscribed. Asked to cancel and spent a month asking for it to be canceled, they finally agreed but waited for the next instalment to go through first, then I found out they had me subscribed for 2 subscription. Finally got them canceled but product was apparently already sent, agreed on a refund but didn't not match what was sent. Then only 1 product turned up. And now trying to claim the 70 I lost was for 2 months when in fact they had taken a total of 140 in two months I do not recommend this company what so ever which is a shame as I found the product quite good, but I will not touch them with a barge pole now and recommend people to stay away.
