Updated: After posting my first review, Ulivary reached out and offered a refund if I would change my review. The refund took 4 weeks, but it did come through, so I am updating my experience to 3-stars. If the robe had not had a defect, it is very pretty and silky material. Original review: I purchased an $88 robe in July, In Sept it came apart at the seam and one of the inner tie strings frayed and came apart from where it was sewn in. That’s light use for less than three months, but Ulivary won’t exchange it or give me a refund. Their solution is a discount code and a $15 refund for me to sew it back together myself. I refused their offer because an $88 robe should last more than a few months, but now they won’t respond to me at all. Super frustrating - beware. I’ll never shop here again because of the quality. It’s a nice website, makes them look legit, but they’re really not.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced. At first we didn’t agree full refund because since the purchase was made three months ago, we initially offered a partial refund. However, we trust you and value your feelings. We have issued a full refund, improved our quality control, and enhanced our customer service. Your feedback is vital, and we hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team, who will be more than happy to assist you. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to make amends.
