I bought the kimono robe as a gift for a friend, and she absolutely loves it! However, I do think the “one size fits most” could be a bit misleading. It would be helpful if there were clearer size options. That said, my friend is thrilled with the gift, and I’m so glad I chose it.

I had an issue with a product being faulty and followed up with a number of emails. The company has taken ownership and accountability and is sending a replacement product which I am very thankful for their timeliness and follow up. I would definitely use the company again as I love their brand. Thank you

Working from home full-time, I wanted something comfortable yet stylish, and this robe fit the bill perfectly! The light, airy fabric is great for long workdays, and the soft, calming colors have earned me compliments the wrong size, but Nancy was super helpful and got with this purchase!

The look, feel and size was really great. It fits perfectly (size XL) and is shipping was fast. I had a small issue with the quality of the kimono I purchased but I received good and fast service to resolve the issue.

UPDATE: Ulivary is reimbursing me to get the string fixed There should have been another string/ button to keep top closed; also, the one string that was there ripped after a day (I'm 5'8" 145lbs). It's soft and beautiful but unfortunately not very wearable unless you want to be tugging at it to keep it closed non-stop. Plus I've unsubscribed from the emails several times yet they keep coming.
