I'm disappointed that Uline continues to send printed catalogs when all of your products are available on your website. I contacted customer service and sent multiple emails requesting that my company be removed from your mailing list, but the catalogs keep coming. It's a shame that Uline doesn't care about the environment and continues to waste paper on something that is completely obsolete.

I received a box of bubble pouches that seemed to be burned, scorced seams, all stuck together until I ripped apart to try to use. The box was thrown away and they wanted me to send back. Why am I responsible for their errors? I would love to share pictures of the product but this site doesn't seem to allow? Update. They sent me another box. It was worse with pieces with burnt edges scattered through the box and now my floor They want me to now ship back both boxes before any credits. They are welcome to send someone out to pick up the mess of static burnt pieces sticking everywhere

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. We purchased a "luxury" ice maker from u-line and it stopped making ice after a year and a few days from installation. I contacted u-line and I was informed that the unit was not under warranty. You would think that a company would still stand by their product for their consumers especially when it was a year old. U-line suggested to call an authorized service provided to give us an estimate on the repair. We did and they provided us with a quote. I attempted to communicate with U-line Corp or Marvel Refrigeration many times to get a quote on the parts and to seek help to solve the problem. The customer service was not responsive or I simply got a different person every time that seemed to care but didn’t do anything to help. After many follow up emails and calls, I was finally able to get an answer on the parts and I was told that I was able to buy them from u-line website. After placing that order (I had to pay for the parts $$$) it was originally denied for some reason and I had to again try to contact someone at u-line to solve the problem. (which again takes weeks after someone gets back to me) Finally, the order was approved and the parts were received. Even with the new parts the unit still came up with an error and u-line said that the unit was defective and it now needed a new mother board. You can imagine my frustration when I heard the news. At that point, I was so tired of trying to get answers from u-line so I went ahead and ordered the mother board on the u-line website. I placed the order and I received an email saying that the order had been processed the same day. Weeks passed and I decided to follow up with u-line and was informed that the order was denied and after back and forth figuring out why, they said it was on back order and it was going to be another month until I receive the part. After a month or so waiting, we finally received the mother board and it didn't work! U-line technical person said that it is now a refrigeration problem, what they call the sealed system that contains the refrigerant. There's a leak or restriction somewhere. I have asked u-line several times to PLEASE REPLACE this DEFECTIVE UNIT. No one gets back to me. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and u-line has not responded to that either. This is a 5K+ luxury unit that DIED out in 1 year! It is not right to take hard working peoples time and money.

I bought an industrial scaled uline advertised for sale for $2,193.00. They charged my credit card which I saw on my online banking for the credit card. Incredibly 20 minutes later I got a call allegedly from the Uline credit department stating I was determined to be a "credit risk by the 3rd party credit card processing compnay they use. The the Uline creidt department demanded I send the a wire transfer for the industrial scale. I said no as I was looking right at the credit card charge went through at my bank! I then call my bank credit card number and told them to reverse the charge of $2,193.00 as I had no industrial scale coming from Uline. I will advise if the charge "drops off". The bank has reversed the charge. I have no probem with Uline declining a charge, I have a problem they charged my card and have not removed the charge and then asked for a wire transfer. I would not buy from Uline.

Expensive products, crazy shipping costs, and an outdated website.

I have requested multiple times to have our company removed from their catalog mailings. This is getting ridiculous. Now they are sending one for an ex-employee that hasn't been with the company in over 8 yrs. This company is a menace. We do not nor have we ordered anything from them for many years. I just want them to stop sending their useless catalogs to our company.

last time ordering. Shipping is crazy expensive - and the delivery person left my pallet in the middle of the street and said that was the only option. I had to unpack the pallet one box at a time and bring them into my store while traffic was waiting. And I was charged $95 plus $25 for the lift service for this priviledge. Done. Never again
