I recently bought a box of hazardous waste bags from Uline. Placed the order on Friday, early afternoon, and received the order on the following Monday. Excellent service and good delivery service.

I ordered generic canning lids and received them the next day by UPS. There is a shortage on canning supplies at this time. I had ordered ball canning lids on another website and 10 days later, I had not received my order. I emailed them asking for a shipping update and was sent a bulk email explaining how to return my order. I emailed them, again, telling them to cancel the order. I had thought about ordering shipping supplies from ULINE but purchased from someone else. Yes, their shipping is slightly high but their product prices are low so I definitely will purchase from them, again.

I think i just spoke to the nicest person on the planet. I believe his name is John. I don't think I have had an experience like that in a long time. He was very knowledgeable, so patient with all of the questions I had, quick service and I just couldn't be happier with him. I am actually in a better mood just because how awesome he was. I'm surprised by all the negative reviews, this is the first time I have ever ordered from uline and everything went perfect. Ordered an office chair Thursday night/Friday morning at about midnight, item was shipped 12 hours later at around noon, package arrived at house on Monday. I could not find reviews for the chair anywhere else, as this appears to be a house brand, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Shipping was a little pricy at $37 but the box weighed about 50# so the price had to be factored in somehow.
