They charged 2-3x the price for delivery as any other similar service. They will not deliver to residential and/or large parking lot environments. It's a massive hassle dealing with ULINE.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this review. There is no pickup charge for orders over $300. The charge for orders below $300 was added to help reduce traffic. We have many large trucks coming and going throughout the day, and mixing car and truck traffic presents a possible safety concern. We made the business decision to focus on what we do best: shipping your order same-day for delivery the next day.

I applied for a business line of credit with them, the customer support representative was quick to set me up however, when you log on to your account and you select "invoice me" which I do with several of my other accounts, Alex the sales representative calls me to ask for a payment. I state invoice me, Alex tells me I have to pay for 6 months and then, Uline will review me for a line of credit... SMH - I told Alex to cancel my order, I am not buying anything for 6 months and then you might give me a line of credit.... No Thanks, I was glad I had a line of credit with their competition. Uline keep up the deceptive business credit practices you are sure to lose a lot of customers. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. All in all poor business practices which based on the many reviews they don't care.

Bought 4 boxes of disponible gloves last December and so far I used close to 3 boxes and they all have pin holes in every one of them. Uline refused to do anything about it because the return policy is 30 days. If the product is defective the return policy should be a year. Uline should stand behind the products.

Bought a Uline beverage fridge for over $3000 for a customer. After just over a year it failed. Needs $980 in repairs. Uline did not honor its two year warranty over a technicality that says it needs to be registered within 60 days from delivery. Customer service was slow and I feel lacks integrity. Beware.

Customer service and Uline followup is terrible. I ordered a uline ice maker assembly on May 31, 2024 and they collected the $273.15 payment then. Had no notice of shipment two weeks later so called them and used their "contact me" email to request status. No reply from the email, the call service said it should ship within another week. Send two more emails over the next week and a half with no response. Called uline July 1 and they agreed that order had still not shipped and said they would have to check into it. I would think hard before buying another appliance from Uline.

Ordered a number of Art Boxes that would ship the following day. Was told the delivery person had to have a freight elevator to bring the delivery to my condo. My elevator is not one, but is load-tested to 2,500 lbs. Uline couldn’t guarantee that the driver could simply bring the shipment to the elevator & let me take it from there. So if it was raining, they’d leave it out in the parking lot to get soaked. Since I’m alone, that is BS, so I cancelled the order. Then they had the nerve to still charge me $150 to ship my order back to its original location. This total lack of attention to serving their potential customer(s) is pathetic.
