The customer service was unlike any I've experienced before. I called for a quote and gave my first name. Within seconds they knew my full name, company, coworkers who also order from them and after spending less than a minute confirming the information was still accurate I was given a verbal quote and the emailed quote hit my inbox by the time I was able to hang up the phone. So friendly and efficient. Delivery was a day given it was in stock.

Uline is a standout! Whenever I call Uline a professional polite human answers my call on the first ring! They never hand me an endless menu of buttons to press to find a human. In today’s world how often does this kind of great service happen? I love doing business with a company who puts me first! I just hope they will always keep this kind of service going - thank you!

I ordered packing material and was impressed when my order shipped just a few hours later. The package arrived in great condition and only took a few days to get here. Ease of placing the order was great - excellent tracking and order confirmation. Would purchase here again.

I’ve been putting off ordering some plastic wrap for packing. I’m glad I just tried by mobile because: man, what a smooth process. I was done before I knew it, they’ll send off the bill. Found what I needed quickly and got the order in. I left feedback with uline.ca and they replied within 1 hour. Incredible service for this day and age!

I love Uline. I used them twice for bottles, after cancelling an Amazon order for the same product. After a week, my Amazon order still didn't ship. When I turned to Uline, my order shipped that night, and it was night when I placed that order. Surprised me when my order arrived the following day just before 11am. They have earned my loyalty with their quick processing and shipping. It's worth the shipping cost when you consider how quickly they'll get the product to you.

As a small business, I use them for all my packaging and shipping as they move with the speed of business. If I order at 5pm, my order is delivered by noon the next day and I'm 350 miles from the terminal. Yeah, shipping sucks but its part of business and the box prices and speedy delivery offset it. Free shipping is an illusion anyway and at least they are honest about it. If I ever have a damaged shipment, they ship a replacement same day, no questions. Totally worth the price. Love these guys and I'm a loyal customer for life.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company since my first order last week. What other company can you call 24/7/365 and get a real human to pick up on the first ring? And then they're so happy to help you you're wondering if you're in bizarro world. To place an order on a Thursday afternoon and have a 16-wheeler unloading at your house less than 24 hrs later is insane. And everything I ordered was made in the USA! I did have a couple issues with my order but they were so quick to rectify I don't even care. I just placed another order today and I'll place more orders soon.
