Unsustainable and Unethical
Uline is destroying the environment. I am not exaggerating. My office gets 3 of their stupid catalogs in the mail 2-3 times a week. They send one addressed to each officer in the company and that is at least 9 catalogs a week. Sometimes more if we happen to put in an order from them. Then they send us another catalog and charge us for shipping the heavy catalog. ALL OF THEIR PRODUCTS ARE ONLINE! We don't need their stupid catalog!! We've called them over 4 times, we been told by each person we've spoke to that they would stop killing the trees and sending us all this useless paper! They have directly told us they don't care, it could take months for the catalogs to stop. It's been MONTHS since our first request was put in!!! Seriously, this is the 20th century, stop being wasteful and abusive to your customers.
