Ordered a 20x40 tarp to cover our pool, when it got here and we rolled it out it has many rips about 3inches long. Suppose to be a heavy duty tarp.Last time I will be ordering.

Uline is a racist place of employment. If your color or last name isn't what they're looking for you won't get a job with them. Uline sucks!!!!

Catalogs being sent to company out of business for 5 years. I have contacted this company on numerous occasions requesting they do not send any more catalogs but I still got the spring/summer 2019 catalog. The receiving company has been out of business for over 5 years and yet the catalogs keep coming.

If I could give a zero I would. They make up names at our company and send 15 catalogs a year to the same address even though every year I ask them to stop killing trees. No one has ever asked for these catalogs to be sent.

Please stop sending out huge catalogues! Nobody wants them. You are hurting our environment for nothing other than to annoy people and harm trees needlessly. Don’t you get it? You’re popular because nobody likes you. I will never buy anything from your company and am sure to advise all my business associates I know about your inconsiderate form of “advertising” Besides, haven’t you ever heard of a website? You could put all your garbage in there to sell!

Made a purchase was supposed to be here in 1 business day. Paid $20 for delivery. They call me and say they don't have it in the local warehouse and will have to ship from a warehouse across the country. Too bad - delivery now 4 business days - after when I needed it. They did not offer to give me expedited shipping to make up for their mistake. Will not order again -we should not support companies that could care less about service.

Worst experience for customer service ever. The lady was so rude during pick up, we asked her to open the ramp door, she said no but was very rude. We pay for pick up and have to deal with such a rude person.

All around bad experience. No Net 30 to speak of, it is a lure with a low credit limit to build a history. Quoted several different things from their CS. Forced to pay with credit card and then they held my other order telling me that I had to spend a small amount in order to get net 30???? Seriously? Grainger gives a $1000 credit limit with a REAL NET 30. What good is a low credit limit for a Business?? Don't bother with these crooks.
