I needed some boxes 4 years ago. No issues that I can recall from that order but since then, I have been getting these giant, color printed catalogs about quarterly. They went as far as now forwarding these to my German address as I moved with the military. Even if I did need to see their catalogs for reordering purposes, it should be online which is the norm nowadays. This kind of blind, irresponsible wasteful advertising is exactly what contributes to our global environmental crises. When I wrote them a complaint about how wasteful this is and requesting them to remove me, they responded within 5 minutes with a one liner that I have been removed. No comment about my concern for the wasteful paper use or that they will at least forward it to upper management and no apology for sending me catalogs for the past 4 years that I have done return to sender for multiple times. It is obvious that this company cares only about making money , trying to gain loyal customers by pushing their products and nothing else.

Will not sell products to you if you dont purchase consistently. Tried to buy gloves and toilet paper..basically anythihg you might need now during the COVID crisis but because we haven't purchased the same things consistently in the past they will not let us purchase and are holding them for other customer when they have them in stock !!! who does not during a pandemic ...ULINE..they disgust me. ILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN

Please do not spend your money here. In times of crisis people will show you their true colors and unfortunately Uline has done just that. After being a business customer of Uline for over 4 years they refused to sell specific product to us such as masks, disinfectants and other cleaning supplies because we did not order the exact same items in 2019. I thought you should be able to order as you need? This is clearly not the case. They are in stock and refused to sell to us even after we communicated that we are preschool offering emergency childcare services to first responder families. I am appalled at their robotic inhumane response especially in this climate where what we do is essential to allow police officers, fire fighters, nurses and doctors do their job. We will not spend another portion of our hard earned income from families with a business who knowingly will withhold supplies and offer them out based on preferential treatment. Disgusting and sad.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 20 YEARS I AM A PHARMACIST AND I HAVE NEVER HAD TO STOP AND UNLOAD THE TRUCK WHILE THE DRIVER WATCHED PEOPLE WAITED FOR THEIR KIDS MEDS WHILE THE PHARMACIST UNLOADED THE TRUCK NO ONE FROM ULINE CALLED EMAILED OR TOLD ME THIS WAS TO OCCUR I WILL FIND ANOTHER CARRIER NEIL THE TRUCK UNLOADER

We have been a Uline customer for the last 13 years purchasing a variety of products, mostly packaging supplies. Recently we tried to purchase some paper towels and toilet paper and were told that they will not supply them since we haven't bought those exact items before even though we have been a loyal customer. We will never work with them again since they would like loyalty but don't show any.

Ordered 10 Gamma Seal lids. They are very expensive for just bucket lids. No worries as I need them; however, they all arrived covered in a disgusting slippery petroleum-smelling lubricant. This was a major issue as the buckets were being used for food-safe materials. Customer Service exclusively blamed UPS. It's very important you closely review what you ordered immediately as Uline has major quality control issues.

I have tried numerous times to get off Uline catalog list. When I call Uline, I am hung up on (called numerous times) When I fax Uline a request the next catalog just comes with a different name variation. Even noticed a better business complaint against Uline from a catalog recipient asking to be removed. Buy local or choose a supply company that will let you opt out of wasteful mailing and catalogs. I can't save myself but I can save others!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used them to order a chair for about $100. They sent me the chair damaged which was noticed when I tried to assemble it. It was the second one I ordered, the first was fine albeit expensive, and then they made me pay for shipping since the package was opened. How was I to know that the chair was damaged? It just doesn't seem right.
