Awful company. Been ordering for years for them. Now I want to order disinfectant for my salon and they said you can’t u less you’ve already ordered THAT item before. What kind of garbage is that??? We have been a client for years. I won’t be giving them my money anymore.

I recently ordered 12 cans of cleaner advertising at $49/12 cans...and another $20 shipping, and $9.00 in sales tax! To my complete HORROR, not only did ULINE NOT deliver to my shipping address, instead, shipped my package to a UPS office, but they sent only 1 can...for $79.00!!!!! Also, UPS came to my house and left a card...why not leave my flippin package???This is complete BS and now they want me to pay more shipping to send this can of cleaner back to them. And because they use UPS, and they misadvertise I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

Uline is Completely racist. If you buy their products, you’re saying that you don’t believe people should be treated equally. Please google boycott uline if you are in disbelief. The NY Times has an easy to read article about this.

Have tried to order the same package from them twice and both times did not receive the package. I specifically instructed them to deliver to the front office of my apartment complex and they "said" it was delivered and had a signature on file however they couldn't see who signed for it or confirm where it was dropped off. Extremely frustrated with this company and their choice of shipping company to use as they are clearly unreliable and have continuously had this problem in the past from the other comments I'm seeing here. Save your money and your time it is not worth it.

I am shocked by ULINE's practices during this pandemic. First of all, we have purchased shelving, tables, chairs and other big ticket items from this company. We've spent plenty of money here. I thought I'd check their site today to order lysol or alcohol since it's hard to find anywhere these days. It appears that they will have it in June, but will NOT allow you to purchase it, UNLESS you have purchased the item from them previously. I was shocked at this because it doesn't make any sense whatsoever. So, ULINE, you're allowing people who have purchased Lysol in the past to purchase it again; possibly hoard it. But, people who are customers, who haven't purchased or hoarded Lysol before can't purchase it. I called customer service to clarify, because I couldn't believe what I was reading, but YES, that's the case. Shame on you ULINE. I thought you were a professional company. Boy was I wrong. Not only are your practices wrong, but it's apparent from the pricing on the site that you're price gauging too. I will NEVER purchase anything from you again. Thanks for keeping things honest during these hard times.

Poor customer service and cheap products. Liz Uihlein is using her money to disrupt the great state and will increase the number of COVID infections by forcing our governor to prematurely open the state. Shame on you Liz. Move to Illinois and spend your money on their politicians. Leave the state.
