both canada and usa treat customers like garbage had an account then took off cause I did not use for a few months also cause I was in residential area of my company name . placed order was told 30 days was given then on hold .

I keep getting the wrong parts for my safe. First time it was fine, mistakes happen I get it but this happened the second time and I don't know what else to do other than complain. People on the phone are nice but whoever is packing my hardware needs to either not rely on AI or whatever computer is telling them to use or look at the labels real carefully and see my safe does not work with the parts they keep on sending me.

Price is way too high...

Ordered 3 items wanted ($24 ship) return on item cost $17 & they will also deduct $18 for orig ship so I will receive approx $13 refund on $48 item . Used them for years but some relationships must END!

Bought some Uline disposable face masks. VERY disappointed. They are by far the most scratchy I have bought since COVID started (have bought from 4 or 5 vendors). They do not seal very tight. The adjustable aluminum band is a bit too wide. The reason this is a 2-star rather than 1-star is that there is one good feature: they seem to fog less than other mask, except that the scratchiness makes it difficult to keep them on for very long anyway.

Usually have no issues with this company. I coordinate two worksites. I have lockers in both. The first site has uniform lockers and Master combination locks. The Master locks are well made and I have a decent number of operator keys for them. Every lock opens smoothly with or without the key. No two locks have the same combination. My other site has Uline lockers and combination locks. The lockers are not terrible but they did not put their name plate in the same place on each locker. This would give an uneven look depending on the number plates you use. I cannot even use their number plates. We have nearly 200 lockers and they only have numbers 1 - 100. So I had to use a label maker. The locks themselves are sticky to various degrees. Either the cutting die was dull or they had problems stamping the back plate on. The result was many locks having a jagged edge on the back. Unlike my Master locks, my Uline locks have 9 sets of double serial numbers and combinations. With 190 locks I got one master key randomly stuffed into a random lock package. I had to fix the key before I could even use it. The cast had a feather edge that made the tip too thick. I had to file it down before it would even fit into the lock. The locks felt cheap in comparison to Master. This would be tolerable if this was a cheaper option, it wasn't. I have 3 other sites coming online within the next 18 months. We will have to explore our options when it comes to lockers and locks for these sites.

I love that Uline has almost everything I want and that their customers service people are pleasant. I don't even mind that Uline prices are usually slightly higher than many other suppliers. I just hate the fact that Uline uses UPS shipping as a MASSIVE profit center, and then has their sales representatives indicate that they charge exactly what UPS charges them for the shipping. If that is true, then UPS charges Uline significantly higher prices than they charge my tiny company. I ship UPS about once every two weeks. Uline ships thousands of packages daily using UPS. Who in their right mind would believe that Uline doesn't get better rates than me? If Uline would allow us to use other carries than UPS, I would purchase at least 10 times the amount that I currently purchase from them.

I called my order in. The representative was very helpful. The prices were decent. I should have asked what the shipping charges were. Or perhaps they should have told me. Either way shipping was over $80 for a $120 order. With that cost added in this makes their product more expensive than the box store. So Uline is not on my list at least for boxes.
