Bad company, over price because their inventory was low what do that have to do with a customer, price went down when inventory went up. Never heard that one before. I paid $9.58 a can two weeks later it was $6.00 a can. Price gouging, never again😠🤑

Uline had inaccurate pricing in their catalog. I ordered products based on the pricing in their guide and they refused to honor the pricing in the advertising which was substantially lower than the actual pricing. Uline's customer service is terrible and they treat their customers poorly. And their catalog is not reliable as far as pricing and units. And they will not honor what is in their catalog.

Yesterday, I placed an on line order for a picnic table to be delivered to our winter RV site outside of Tucson, AZ. I agreed to the price, including shipping, and gave them my credit card number, after which I received a purchase confirmation via email. All was as expected at that point. But then, some time later, I received another email advising that I needed to pre pay via wire transfer. No explanation why. Given that this is the first time I’ve done business with this company, and the first time ever that I’d ever been required to pre pay, I refused, and the order has, I hope, been canceled. Not sure what’s going on here, but...

Was a customer for years. But can no longer support knowing they donated $millions to Club Growth. Club Growth's biggest donations went to Cruz and Hawley in support of squelching the vote of THE PEOPLE. I can't knowingly support a company that supports sedition.

Horrible customer service. The order acknowledgment I received stated my order shipped the same day as it was placed. In fact, it had not. The distribution center is less than two hours away from the delivery address and it will take 5 days for the order to be delivered. CSR said I need to take it up with the freight company. Y'all are doing a "great" job...

Have used this company for a few years, even though I realized that I was overpaying compared to other internet sellers. As soon as I became aware of the owners extreme Right Wing support and philosophy, including the way they refused to help protect their employees from Covid, I have stopped all business with them.

I bought some boxes and white tape from Uline and later found that I overpaid big time. Also, I was disgusted to find out that they were quietly supporting Trump’s campaign and they haven’t said a word about Trump trying to steal the election. I know, you would think an American company would be for democracy.

The Canadian branch of this company can not be stopped from mailing their phone book sized catalogue to a business which has not been associated with my address for more than 20 years. Save yourself some money and don't deal with this inept and ecologically disastrous company.
