It is awsome. I was using it on my almost whole body and i can see such an amazing results really loved it.

I've been using the most recent uLike for just over 6 weeks now, as instructed, and I have to say that the claims online that you'll start to see a significant difference in as little as 3 weeks seem a bit over hyped to me. I've been using the laser on my underarms and haven't seen any difference as yet. So it's a little disappointing. I'll keep going and hope to see some difference by 12 weeks. Overall, I would say its a nicely designed product but with quite a fair amount of overhype with regards to the possible results

UPDATE: the company attempted to blackmail me into deleting this review in exchange for a 50% refund when I am entitled to a full refund because they sent a defective product. Also, despite saying they would cover shipping, they expect me to pay. This company is hell. Original complaint: This has been a week's worth of trouble. The set I purchased had missing items crucial for proper use. I suspected the item had been tampered with and told the customer service team that I wanted a refund. Instead, they offered me a partial refund for a product I feared, if used, would damage my skin. When I made it clear that I will not accept anything less than a full refund because of their product error, they said the refund and shipping would be at no cost to myself. However, they sent instructions to arrange the returns myself and the courier webpage was not accessible. I've emailed customer service and have not received any response. I was excited about the product, having heard good things but I am UNIMPRESSED. I hope other buyers have a better experience but I would not wish this on my worst enemy!

I started using the Ulike Sapphire Air3 in July. It has worked really well. The flat and cool surface is the reason I purchased this IPL over others and it truly does help. The device itself gets warm if you use it for a while but where the light is coming from stays cool. I started seeing results in 4 weeks but to completely get rid of the hair I have been consistently using it. My leg hair is completely gone and my armpits are almost gone just a couple more sessions to go!

I paid for the Sapphire Air 3 IPL, it was delivered by the courier to an address OTHER THAN MINE, NOT DELIVERED TO ME or my correctly provided ADDRESS, and Ulike are blaming this on me, and won’t refund me. It’s just not worth it. So many cheaper, very good IPL machines can be bought from more trusted companies in the UK. Also, be aware that they have restocking fees, small prints about whether or not, and how much of your money back you can get even if their product is faulty. Truly not worth it.

The Sapphire Air3 is amazing! I didn't have high expectations, but it's painless and effective. It's easy to use and the directions are written clearly, so they're easy to follow. Definitely recommend this product and the wonderful company that makes it!

This product works well. It is quick and painless. It was worth the money.
