They are a middle man that charge 5x times the original price for an ETA… realized it after purchasing it. At the beginning it says the official price (19 euros) and only after paying you realize the transactions was 200 euros for two ETA. I immediately emailed them and asked for a refund and they responded promptly (used the email under the refund page). At the end I did got my money back. So not sure if they are really scammers…. Since they refunded the money - but they charge way too much for something so simple. So 3 stars for the prompt reply and the refund. . . . [UPDATE] I see more people fall victim of this website. I would like to give you more info on how I got my money back. After payment I realized the amount was 200 euros for two ETA, instead of 38 euros as they stated at the beginning. The money was reserved on my credit card payments. I immediately emailed (within 5 minutes after payment) them and send a message via WhatsApp to cancel my order (the email is on their website and WhatsApp information in the confirmation email). I promptly received two emails saying that they will refund the money in 5-7 working days. I called the credit card company and they told me once the amount is reserved they cannot do anything. However this confirmation is very important, because with this confirmation I could dispute the payment, once the payment is written of, since this is hard proof they didn’t deliver the service! It took around 6 working days for the reservation to disappear, and ultimately the money was not written off and hence I got my money back. Hopefully this helps the people that also fell victim to this horrible misleading “service”…
