Charged for 200USD for a UK ETA that costs £20
Normally UK ETA Cost is £20 per application and this is the amount that was shown on the screen when I applied. However the amount to approve in my banking app was 200 USD. So I cancelled the transaction and didnt approve this payment. 200 USD was still reserved in my banking app even though I cancelled the 3DS security flow. So I called my bank for guidance, and been told to collect evidences for dispute. One of the evidence is asking for a refund from the merchant. When I replied to the emails I received from UK ETA Online, and asked for a cancellation for ETA application, to my surprise they cancelled and removed the reservation from my banking account. DONT go through the same hassle I did apply directly on the official website!!!

SCAM!! Checkout silently switched my order without consent
SCAM!!! Checkout silently switched my order without consent I applied for a UK ETA for 3 travelers through uketaonline.net (reached via visafi.com and their WhatsApp support). On the application page I explicitly selected "Standard - 24 hour processing." At checkout, without any action from me, the order summary silently changed to "Expedite ETA Request (1-4 hours)" — a service I never selected. The total price was never clearly shown before I entered my card details; it only appeared in small print after scrolling. I was charged $690 for 3 applications (the UK Government's official ETA fee is £20 per person). After I disputed the charge, support first refused any refund, then offered 50% as a "goodwill gesture," and only after repeated requests provided an invoice — issued by "Salamol International Limited" (British Virgin Islands), a different company entirely from the one advertised on the site I originally used. I have a full screen recording of the checkout process showing the switch happening in real time. Save your money and apply directly at gov.uk or through the official "UK ETA" app — the real fee is £20, with no hidden service charges.

They are not transparent.
They are not transparent, they will charge you 300€ for nothing, be careful, i had a really bad experience

SCAM - Complete rip-off! Amount manipulated at checkout
I strongly warn everyone against using this website‼️‼️‼️ I wanted to apply for a UK ETA. Throughout the entire application and checkout process, the total price shown was equivalent to around £40.However, right after entering my credit card details, the amount was secretly manipulated in the background. My card was suddenly charged a staggering £250 without my consent! On my bank statement, the transaction even appears to be from Las Vegas plus the website being from dubai is even more sus🤨🤨🤨

This company is a SCAM, they charged 230 USD for 20 GBP service and stole my data
This company is a SCAM. They charged me 230 instead of ~20 GBP and have access to all my data. They have a look alike website with a .net to fake the experience. I had to block my card now.

This is a Scam!
This is a Scam! The site is designed to look like an official Goverment Site. It mentions 20Pounts governement charge but then it will charge you 170Pounds. This information is very well hidden under unimportant rubish on the credit card number entry page.

Absolute scam. I doubt this is legal. There are 200 euros hidden fee that you only see after purchase.
