C’est une énorme arnaque. Le site a la façade d’un site officiel et au moment d’insérer les coordonnées bancaires on n’est pas informé qu’il y 95€ de frais supplémentaires. On ne nous informe que sur les 20£ à régler pour obtenir l’ETA. C’est uniquement lors de la réception de la facture qu’on le constate. Inacceptable, à fuir ! Allez sur le site officiel, ces frais de 95€ ne s’appliqueront pas !

Be careful with this company. Before entering your credit card details, the website only shows the normal government fee. In my case this was £39 for two people, which looks completely reasonable and makes you think you are simply paying the official ETA cost. However, the moment you proceed with the payment and enter your credit card information, they suddenly add huge “service fees”. I only noticed this when my banking app asked me to confirm the transaction and showed a reserved amount of $270 USD. That means they quietly add around $190 in extra fees on top of the actual government fee. I tried to cancel the payment immediately once I saw the amount, but the money was still taken. I have now started a refund process with them. They say that my refund has been processed, but I still have to wait 7 days for the money to be returned to my account. I really hope everything goes well, but this is not a proper or transparent way of doing business. My advice to everyone: do not use these intermediaries. Apply for your ETA through the official government website and avoid getting ripped off like this.

Unfortunately I was also trapped by this site: - the total costs were kept hidden until the very last moment, when I was asked to authorise the payment - despite cancelling the authorisation of the payment, my choice was completely ignored and the amount was reserved. Ugly! I cancelled the card and I will also file a complaint to the police.
