Confusion caused by the application process.
Easy to fill out. But you pay before the end of the application which generates an e-mail saying you've applied. However, you still need to fill out the rest. It took me a minute to fill out the rest, so I got an e-mail saying I hadn't finished which I saw after I had finished the application. That caused confusion. Don't send an e-mail about getting the application before the end. Delighted with the speed of the approval
