Es una estafa. Te cobran 120 € más de lo que corresponde sin que aceptes ni autorices esa transacción en el banco. He presentado la reclamación antes de que aceptaran mi solicitud de la ETA y espero que me devuelvan el dinero.

VORSICHT BETRUG
VORSICHT BETRUG: 195 € statt angezeigten 20 €! Diese Seite lockt einen mit einer Gebühr von 20 Euro und fordert dann dreist 195 Euro bei der Bankbestätigung! Das ist illegale Abzocke. Kontaktiert sofort eure Bank und fordert das Geld per „Chargeback“ wegen Betrugs zurück. Sperrt eure Karte!

Said the visa would be £20, charged me 169€. I called them, someone answered the phone and hung up on me after I explained the issue. Didn't pick up the phone the next 3 times I tried calling, only when I called with a blocked caller ID was my call answered. I had filled out a refund contact form in the meantime, which they claimed to have already processed (however the confirmation email came immediately after I sent off the contact form, so at this point I wasn't sure any of this was legit). The gentleman on the phone kept referring to the successfully processed refund instead of listening to me or answer my questions. Very frustrating and unprofessional interaction. Kept telling me they were a private company, hence the service fee, ignored my questions about where and when they inform the applicant about the sum, or whether I could get a proper invoice.
All of this happened within the first 24h after I made the transaction, so I was lucky and had my money sent back to me a week later. However their lack of communication, trustworthiness and transparency made this a very uncomfortable situation, since I am at university and 160€ is a lot of money for me, not to mention handing over all your passport information during the application and credit card details, of course.
Would not recommend.

VORSICHT! Extrem teurer Service - KEINE offizielle Seite!
Vorsicht!
Erst bei der Zahlung war ersichtlich, dass dieser sog. "Service" nicht die auf der Startseite angegebenen 20 GBP (government fee), sondern 195 USD kosten sollte. Ich habe die Zahlung natürlich nicht autorisiert und hoffe nun, dass dieses (in Dubai ansässige) Unternehmen mit meinen vollständigen Kreditkarten- und Passdaten kein Schindluder treibt. Habe meine Kreditkarte sicherheitshalber gesperrt.
Die wirklichen Kosten des Service waren zumindest bei einer oberflächlichen Suche in der Website (z.B. unter den FAQ) nicht zu finden. Und erst wenn man im Menü den Punkt "About us" anklickt, wird die aus meiner Sicht extrem wichtige Information "Independent Travel Assistance Service - Not affiliated with the UK Government." eingeblendet. Diese Information hätte auf jeden Fall - zusammen mit einem Hinweis darauf, dass diese Travel Assistance ein Vielfaches der offiziellen Gebühr kostet - hervorgehoben auf die Startseite gehört.
