Just to second what another customer has said (pretty much word for word)! I too purchased the LED light up reindeers - complete scam. Flat packed self assembly with no instructions, I too couldn't believe the small box that arrived was what I ordered! Thin pre cut metal with tiny fiddly screws and bolts that screw into drilled holes (took me about 3hrs to put the bloody things together and string the lights). The metal was covered in glue dots and cheap webbing material and the 3 tiny coils of very thin LED lights (which were nowhere near enough to cover the items) worked for about an hour before giving up! Cheap rubbish and not as advertised in the pictures at all. The lights are not as per illustration and all the pictures are misleading. Shame on you Dreamstore :( People - DO NOT BUY THESE REINDEER. So disappointed, I too would give a 0 if i could! UK 'DREAM' STORE - I have now sent you 3 x emails asking for my money back and SURPRISE SURPRISE have received no response - how many more emails before I receive my refund?! SHAME ON WOWCHER for still selling them too!

Bought items through that TAKE ON app WOWCHER won't except my postcode & the customer service is Nil DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THAT SITE SHOULD BE TOOK OFF LINE

I bought a reindeer through living social. It looks 3D on the photo, it arrived flat packed, you have to make it yourself as per a review made yesterday and the lights are faulty, The stand is a flimsy piece of metal that bends when you try and put it in the ground. What a waste of money. Too embarrassing to put outside!

I purchased the LED light up reindeers - what an absolute scam. Flat packed self assembly with no instructions, I could not believe the small box that arrived was what I ordered! Inside was thin pre cut metal with tiny fiddly screws that screw into drilled holes. The metal was covered in glue dots and cheap webbing material. You get 3 tiny coils of very thin LED wire which you supposedly wrap around the deer when assembled (nowhere near enough to cover the item) and surprise - the lights don't work when you turn them on. Cheap rubbish and not as advertised in the pictures at all. The lights are not as per illustration and all the pictures are misleading. Shame on you Dreamstore :( People - DO NOT BUY THESE REINDEER. So disappointed, I would give a 0 if i could but at least they were delivered !

I ordered a coat from wowcher I never received it they had my money too want a refund 😡

Awful company. Item never received although according to Evri they have it. Tried to complain and after 2 responses saying item on its way now nothing. I used Wowcher to buy this and so far can’t get a refund. They are still advertising the item I supposedly purchased with a note saying speedy and delivery. 🤬

I ordered Christmas Decorations (outdoor reindeer family) through Wowcher. Paid them £29.99 for it plus £3.99 for delivery. It was to be sent from a company called UK Dream Store. I received an Evri tracking number straight away. When I didn't receive item I contacted Evri who confirmed that even though a tracking number was generated, the seller never handed over the parcel. So I contacted Wowcher escalation in WhatsApp. They said they can't do anything till seller respond even though it was Wowcher who took money. Then I checked UK Dream Store in Companies House and it was liquidated few years ago. Yet Wowcher is still advertising stuff from them and happily taking money off people. Basically Wowcher is a SCAM WEBSITE! I had to claim money back from bank and PayPal because Wowcher wouldn't refund.

I've never bought through Wowcher before and never will again. The vouchers were for this store and I didn't receive my items. customer services don't reply. Will have to make a claim through my payment protection company.
