UkdreamstoreReviews of ukdreamstore.com

Ordered some slippers. They arrived 2 sizes too small and didn’t look like the listing. They refused to accept a return and claimed not yo have received it when they finally sent me a return address.

Placed an order 6th August, says collected by Evri but no sign of it and it's now 5th September. Thought it would be legit as ordered through Wowcher. Why are they still using them? It was meant to be a 21st birthday present so service is very disappointing. Evri referred me to Wowcher, they referred me to UK Dream Store, not expecting a response

**DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS** If I could give this company zero stars I would. Parcel lost or stolen by Evri. No phone number for these scammers and they ignore all emails. Surprised they are still in business after all these negative reviews!

Ordered A grass strimmer on the11th of April paid through Pay Pal as not arrived yet " 20th of june heard nothing from this company so far

I ordered an LED face mask and it was never delivered even though I had an email saying it had been delivered! But the main problem is that there is no way way of contacting Uk Dream Store or Wowcher to get any help !! So annoyed by this company I will never buy from them again and will never ever recommend to anyone .

See this review as “0” ⭐️ The box arrived all crushed, looks like it has already been opened and they have just sellotaped it back up really poor, one of the bars to make the goal has been bent. The only way to describe it is if you had a tube of the cheapest plastic you could find, bend it and it shows like a grey/white mark where the material of the product has stretched. Cheap plastic straws glued together to make a football goal would probably be stronger. Absolutely rubbish. Don’t bother

I purchased a phone via wowcher & I cannot access UK mobile data as the phone came from China. There is no contact number or address that I can find to claim my refund!!!!!

Ordered retro handbag set via Wowcher. The item which arrived was very poor quality and nothing like the glamorous photo in Wowcher. Have requested full refund including postage under the consumer rights act 2015, plus a postage paid returns label. Let’s see what happens……
