SHOULD OF READ RECIEWS BEFORE ordering NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO RESPONSE, AND WOWCHER NO HELP.

Ordered 3 Xmas reindeer from Wowcher. Certainly not what is advertised. Very unstable and keep falling over. Switch is not water resistant so not suitable for outside use. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered via Wowcher who are equally as bad. None existent customer service, item got lost for over 2 weeks and after numerous ignored emails it arrived today. Item is damaged, broken gift for Christmas. I can’t even be bothered to contact the seller, never again!

If only I could give them 0. Ordered an advent calendar. Ordered 3 weeks in advance. Arrived December 4th. Every cell in the calendar was torn and damaged and not possible to be used. Emailed 2x to complain and no response. Do not buy from this company.

Zero customer service, never respond to emails! Ordered 2 pairs of ugg inspired slippers using wowcher and redeemed straight away to make sure I get my item on time for xmas on the 28th November, the order status has not changed and no response from ukdreamstore! I also feel let down by wowcher as they are the ones I went through to purchase these slippers but they take no responsibility but are happy to promote a dodgy company. I feel robbed!

Over a month and still waiting on my reindeer order and no response from customer service. I only wish I had seen the previous reviews prior to ordering. WASTE OF MONEY. AVOID AVOID AVOID!.

I ordered 2 parcels through wowcher from this company, they dispatched the parcel on 16th November. Evri has lost the parcel but I have emailed dream store 5 times in the last 3 weeks and had only 1 reply. The customer service is disgusting no contact number. Will never order from these again.
