I highly recommend the excellent service ukabroad provide. They are fast, efficient and possess excellent communication skills. They even arrange for the courier to collect your documentation. Third party middle man service located…
Third party middle man service located in the USA that isn’t a passport issuing company.
They go through the government as a middle man for twice the price. AVOID this company unless your incompetent.
My refund was not equal to what I had sent them although I asked for it the same day as I had sent the money (without any “work” being done). There was no reason provided for the incorrect amount of money returned.

When you asked for a refund we tried to call you and email you to discuss the matter and explain to you what our fee includes. However, you never answered any of our calls or responded to our emails so we, therefore, processed your full refund immediately. You mentioned that you did not receive the full amount refunded however the difference in the amount could be due to the fluctuation of the exchange rate and unfortunately this is something we do not have control over.
