Brannon was very helpful and provided me with prompt replies with patience and clearly explained everything about the whole process with timelines every email, patient and friendly yet highly professional guidance on the process. When applying for renewal of a UK Passport from abroad in the knowledge that the "system" has changed since the last renewal, there was a degree of apprehension on my part in the new process. The consultant was particularly understanding of my lack of technical knowledge when trying to take and upload the passport photograph and no question was too much trouble. The British Passport Consultant assigned to me gave clear and easy instructions on the process and kept me informed every step of the way on what to expect until my new and old passports were delivered back to me.
