The Company always provided a prompt response to my enquiries and my subsequent application for a British Passport renewal from overseas (Australia). Detailed instructions were given at each stage of the process, in a clear and friendly manner. All eventualities were covered, making it very comfortable for me to proceed with my application. The turnaround time for processing the application was quick and, once I was advised that the new passport had been dispatched, I received it at my home address within a few days, c/o DHL. I will recommend this service to my British ex-pat family and friends in Australia.

Your agent, Brannan took me through the whole process of renewing my British passport with clear instructions and was always willing to answer all my questions promptly and efficiently. Her manner was always professional but friendly and the company DHL who collected and delivered my information were also prompt and kept me up to date with the whole process.
